My name's Darius,
And today's meditation practice is intended to help you start your day feeling more confident,
More focused,
And perhaps believing in yourself more.
Let's begin our practice.
If your eyes are open,
I'd like you to find a comfortable seat and gently close them now.
As we begin to go inwards,
Just notice how you're feeling.
If you're open to it,
Start to take slower,
Deeper breaths as we give ourselves an opportunity to arrive,
Arrive in your seat,
In your body,
Arrive in this moment.
Taking a deep breath in and letting it all go.
A gentle reminder that you cannot get this meditation wrong.
There is no such thing as perfection,
So let's just let that go.
We are here today in the spirit of gentle,
Persistent progress,

I'm going to share some affirmations to help start your day with a positive mindset,
Believing in yourself,
Feeling good in your body,
So that whatever you have coming up for you this day,
You have an opportunity to bring your best self forward.
Let's take a deep breath as I begin with the affirmations.
