This practice combines the universal sound of Om Chanting (6 minutes approx) with the calming resonance of Bhramari Pranayama (7 to 8 rounds of Humming Bee Breath). Use this track to declutter the mind, settle emotional volatility, raise your inner vibrations, and promote healing in any area you focus on. It’s an ideal daily practice, a powerful precursor to deep meditation, or a grounding ritual before bed for better sleep quality. No prior experience needed. Simply sit comfortably and allow the guidance to lead you. I practice this every day because it gives me that inner strength and clarity that carries into the rest of the day

Transcript

Let's sit comfortably straight.

We'll be doing Aum chanting.

You could focus at an energy center like the heart center or you could even focus at a body part which needs healing.

Wherever you put your attention at,

Energy flows there.

Make yourself comfortable,

Back and neck gently straight,

Eyes could be softly closed,

Allowing the shoulders to relax,

Relax the stomach,

The lower back,

The hips.

Let your knees and thighs rest wherever they are,

Toes and ankles relax.

Soften the tongue and then bringing your awareness to the breath,

Mentally preparing yourself for Aum chanting,

The universal sound,

A high frequency sound,

To tune to that high frequency.

You take a normal deep breath in,

You inhale,

Exhale,

Now inhaling slowly and deeply for Aum,

Aum,

Now continuing with Brahmari pranayam,

If you are aware of it,

You can do it for about seven to eight times.

To do the Brahmari,

You cover your eyes with the fingers and ears with the thumbs,

Softly,

Then you inhale slowly and deeply,

As you exhale making the humming sound,

Through the exhalation doing the humming sound,

Again you inhale,

Again while exhaling the humming sound,

Like that,

Seven to eight times,

Observing the sensations within,

Let's begin,

Aum,

Aum,

And relax,

Enjoy the peace within,

Thank you.
