As you look up,
You see the tips of the branches kiss the clouds.
As you look down,
You see the roots hug the earth.
Place your hand on the tree.
Feel the steadiness of this tree.
Feel the textured weavings of the bark.
Inhale the fragrance of the wood.
Feel the earth beneath your feet.
Allow yourself to become rooted beside this tree.

You are grounded with this tree.
