Dear one,
Peace.
That is always the ultimate goal.
Not to the detriment of your soul though,
Dear one.
Love yourself unconditionally.
Learn to sit with yourself in the stillness.
There you will find the answers you seek.
If you feel the vibration of your heart,
There is your clue.
Go inward.
Find the stillness.
Seek and you shall find.
And when you find that stillness,
That peace,
Then vibrate that outwards for all to feel and see.
Genuine unconditional love is all you need.
It is all anyone truly needs to heal all wounds.
Little find it or have experienced it.
So be that until it becomes natural all the time.
And of course you will slip up at times.
Perfection is an illusion but always come back to peace.
It gets easier and more natural the more you practice.
Come back to the breath,
Come back home to your heart.
I see you,
I love you,
I thank you for your efforts.
Continue to call on me when doubt creeps in.
Breathe in my love and the love that surrounds you.
I am always here for you and for mankind.
Stop trying to fix yourself.
You are whole,
Complete and enough.
Put down the old stories once and for all.
The ones that keep you stuck and playing small.
Breathe into your heart,
Learn to open up.
Allow the walls to crumble,
Allow the doubts to tumble.
Seek and you will find peace within your mind but you must be still.
