Is moving on its pathway.
Within you.
All day long.
The light enters through your eyes.
You absorb the luminous.
All day long.
The sounds walk in through your ears.
You absorb the harmonious and non-harmonious.
All day long.
Scent comes in through your nose.
Noticing.
Sensing.
All day long.
The mouth.
Is tasting.
Speaking.
And working in harmony with the ears and the nose.
The speaking from listening and the tasting from smelling.
And overlaying all of this,
The skin.
Sensing.
Noticing.
Feeling.
Moving.
Being still.
All of the senses.
All day long.
Each sense.
Sending a current.
Of awareness from the outside to within.
Light.
Motion.
Space.
Vision.
Awareness.
Taste.
Sound.
Sound.
All of the senses connecting you.
To the outer world.
Like a path of communion.
With your inner world.
Now,
Take all of the awarenesses.
Gradually turn them inward.
Sparkling with mystery.
Within you.
As if you have now turned and walked away.
Way down.
Deep inside yourself.
Going on a journey.
In a way that you have never considered.
Walking from the outermost edges of your skin.
The skin that wraps around your feet.
And your legs.
Your hips.
Your seat.
Your low back.
Your waist.
Your belly.
And chest.
Aw,
Poor bat.
To the shoulders.
The upper arms.
Elbow.
Forearms,
Wrist.
To the palms and fingers.
Back to the shoulders,
The throat.
Back of the neck.
Skin wrapping around the back of the head.
Top of the head.
Coming over the forehead.
Skin covering the eyes as eyelids.
And closing.
A sense of sigh.
Skin covering over the nose.
Enclosing the sense of smell.
Skin.
Reaching down and forming the ears.
All the way to the inside,
The deepest part.
Covering.
The sense of sound.
Skin covering over the lips.
Into the mouth and the tongue.
A sense of taste.
Down into the throat.
The inner skin.
Forming all of the organs and muscles.
All the inner tissue.
Connected to the outer tissue.
Working in harmony.
So all of the awareness is from the senses.
Move inward.
Bring every single piece of awareness.
Form one central point.
And this one.
Central point of awareness.
Can be shaped in any form.
That you lie to.
And it can be any color.
That you like.
Continuously drawing back to.
This one.
Shape.
Has awareness from the ears,
Jumps away,
Pull it back.
Maybe it's a sphere.
Maybe it's a hexagon.
Any shape.
Allow this shape.
To it first Move in a very slow way.
Spiral.
Very slowly turning itself around.
And like a magnet,
It pulls towards it.
The awarenesses.
It pulls towards it.
All the information from the ears.
From the eyes.
The nose.
And the mouth.
Even the skin.
Allow your inner vision to focus completely on this shape.
And it's slowly.
Spinning form.
Magnetizing to it.
Every thought.
That the mind generates.
As the mind spins a thought.
The spinning form.
Invites the thought towards it.
Slow the spinning down.
And allow it to become as still as possible.
Until it is resting serenely.
In front of your inner eyes.
Right at the point.
Between your eyebrows.
Imagine that it is a few inches out in front of your forehead.
And with each slow inhale,
Bring it a little bit closer.
Until it is inside.
Let it be inside.
And it's a thought.
Arises from the mind.
Let it move into this shape.
Notice the stillness now in your body.
And then still listen to the breath.
There may be a stillness in the mind now.
And any efforts that you are putting towards this Let those efforts soften.
Allow this shape which has become still.
And begin to pulsate.
As if it is breathing itself.
The pulsation is very slow.
We're very slow.
And with each pulsation.
From inside you hear the sound.
Of the day.
Oh.
Each slow pulsation.
Releases the vibration.
Of the mantra Ooh.
Let's hit this sound.
Is coming from.
The deepest part of this.
Shape.
From the deepest part of the universe.
Bring the vision of this shape even closer.
And allow it to slowly merge into you.
So that any separation.
Between you and me.
And the shape.
Dissipates.
Each pulsation.
A greeting to you.
From the divine.
Reminding you.
Of your essence.
Your true nature.
Resting.
Feel the omnipresence.
Ew.
The union of you.
With all that is.
Completely.
