Welcome,

Denise here.

In this meditation I'll be inviting you into an inner exploration,

A gentle journey across your own inner bridge where you'll meet the parts of yourself that helped you awaken,

Grow and remember who you are.

Rather than letting anything go,

This is about honoring those chapters,

Integrating their wisdom and allowing their gifts to melt into who you are today.

This is an imaginative journey.

If you visualize easily,

You may see images or landscapes.

If you don't,

That's perfectly okay.

You might feel sensations in your body,

Notice emotions or simply have a quiet sense of knowing.

All of these are ways that your inner world communicates with you.

So let yourself move gently,

There's nothing to force.

Just allow yourself to feel,

Explore and be guided by what arises.

When we experience something inside,

Even softly,

It becomes a pathway forward.

So take a moment now to settle in,

Get comfortable and let's begin our journey together.

There is no right or wrong way to meditate.

There is just simply where you are right now.

And if at any time you feel uncomfortable or something hurts,

Just move your body.

Don't let anything distract your meditation and just allow your body to settle.

Let your breathing just become natural,

Moving in and moving out and know that there is nothing that you need to achieve right now.

This is simply time to meet yourself,

To be yourself.

And if imagery comes easily,

Allow it.

If not,

You may sense this journey through feeling,

Knowing or subtle awareness.

However it comes,

It is perfect for you.

Softly close your eyes and as your eyes close,

Know that you are gently moving away from the outside world,

Deeper and deeper into your inner world.

Bring your attention to your breath and feel it moving gently in and out.

Notice the weight of your body.

Allow your shoulders to drop down and just feel any heaviness or burdens being lifted off your shoulders.

Feel your jaw relax,

Feel your face soften and just allow your tongue to just relax,

Moving away from the roof of your mouth.

And if it helps,

You can just part your lips slightly.

Feel your body just softening and relaxing.

Feel how good it feels to just be here,

Present in this moment,

At peace with yourself and all things.

And now imagine that the room or the space around you is filling with light,

Surrounding you like a gentle mist as you move deeper and deeper into the heart of you.

And this light can be whatever colour you see it as today.

Imagine it pouring into the space through the corners of the room.

This light is always around you.

It is the light of your higher self,

Your soul.

And your soul tribe travels within this light.

Your guides,

Angels,

Light beings,

Loved ones,

Interdimensional,

Extraterrestrial beings.

They all travel on the waves of this light,

The vibration of you.

And as you lift yourself into this place,

Into your soul vibration,

More and more light will just flow into the room,

Illuminating everything with beautiful hue of your favourite colour,

Whatever colour you see it as today.

You,

As the light being that you are,

The soul that you are.

Breathe in this light and just feel it move through you like a gentle warmth.

Direct this light down deep into your feet,

Out of the soles of your feet and into the earth.

And it travels all the way down to the iron ore crystal at the centre of our earth.

Mother Earth.

And Mother Earth thanks you for anchoring yourself through the light of your higher self.

For the healing of you,

Of all,

And of her,

Of Gaia.

As you help to heal yourself,

You help to heal all.

You are now grounded and centred,

Connected to Mother Earth,

To Father Sky.

You are safe,

Ready to explore even deeper within.

And now gently bring your awareness to your heart chakra,

The space in the middle of your chest.

And if it helps,

You can place a hand on your heart.

And you'll feel your heart beginning to open,

Like a beautiful flower unfurling one petal at a time.

And your heart grows larger and larger,

Opening more and more,

Expanding.

Until it expands to the size of you,

And you feel yourself floating within your own heart space.

Feel how wonderful that feels.

This is the authentic,

Beautiful soul you.

You are now standing at the edge of your inner world,

Ready to explore the beauty and the unknown you.

Deep within you,

Take yourself to a place in nature,

Whatever feels right for you.

Just simply notice what is there.

You notice now a soft,

Welcoming path opening up in front of you,

And you begin to walk slowly upon it.

With each step,

You feel yourself moving deeper and deeper into your own presence.

The air feels calm.

The space around you feels alive,

Aware.

And quietly supportive.

As you walk upon this path,

Notice the colors,

Textures,

Light,

And sensations.

This is your inner terrain.

This is where your wisdom lives.

Allow yourself to arrive.

As you continue along the path,

You notice a gentle opening.

In this space,

Something is waiting for you.

It could be a doorway,

A gateway.

Walk through this doorway.

And you can see something more waiting for you.

It may appear as a person,

A version of yourself,

A symbol,

Or simply a feeling.

This represents a transitional archetype,

A chapter of your life that helps you to move forward.

A bridge that helped you open,

A bridge that carried you from one inner world to another.

Take a moment to notice what or who appears.

There's no need to analyze it,

Just be with it.

And now just gently ask this thing,

This person,

What did you help me remember about myself?

Allow whatever arises to just come naturally.

Perhaps it's feeling,

Courage,

Sensitivity,

Creativity,

Choice,

Or your heart.

What did you help me remember about myself?

Sense how this chapter supported you when you needed it.

Feel gratitude begin to form.

Just quiet appreciation.

If nothing is arriving today or arising today,

Know that in the following days or weeks,

The answers will come.

With quiet appreciation,

Let us just softly speak inwardly to ourselves,

To this experience,

To this personal place.

Thank you for helping me open.

Thank you for walking with me.

Thank you for reminding me who I am.

And maybe the presence,

The who or what or the experience will respond.

Just notice how it responds.

There's a mutual recognition and a warmth because this archetype was never meant to be your destination.

It was meant to help you cross,

Cross the bridge into being more of you.

And now just notice that beyond this meeting place,

This place where you have been,

Where you have just met,

This experience or personal place,

Just beyond it is a bridge.

And you begin to walk towards the bridge and walk across it.

With each step,

Feel yourself carrying forward everything you have learned in your life up to this moment.

You're not leaving anything behind,

You are bringing the wisdom with you.

As you reach the other side,

Just pause for a moment.

And in this pause,

Just imagine gently drawing the qualities of everything your life or this chapter has awakened.

Just draw them back into your body and feel them settling into your chest,

Your belly,

Your nervous system as if they are melting into your bones.

There's nothing to push away.

This is integration.

This is what helps you to expand and become more.

And just say to yourself either silently or out loud,

I honour this chapter.

I integrate its gifts.

I come to peace with where I have been.

I allow myself to expand from here.

And just notice how your body responds.

Perhaps there is softness or relief or space.

Feel yourself standing on solid ground of knowing who you truly are.

Of allowing everything to be here right now in this moment and in this place.

Your head and your heart are aligned,

Present,

In harmony.

Coherent.

This is what it feels like to evolve without drama,

Without intensity.

To grow through alignment,

To let the past become wisdom.

And just feel your whole body,

Feel your centre.

Notice how calm awareness moves through you.

Feel that calming,

Soothing awareness.

You may sense a gentle lifting,

A quiet expansion.

This is your next vibration.

Your next resonance,

Your next experience.

For you are ready to step forward into the life that you truly desire.

A gentle mist begins to rise around you and you recognise it as the light that fills the space where your physical body rests.

It is the light of you.

And this light gently lifts you.

Lifts you higher and higher and from this higher perspective you see the inner journey you've just taken.

Allow insights and quiet ahas to flow through you.

This light,

The light of your higher self,

Now gently places you back into the space where your physical body lies or sits.

And it gently just places you atop your physical body.

And for a moment just notice how beautiful your body feels.

It goes everywhere with you.

It is the physical experience of your soul.

Allow yourself to melt into it.

You and your body become one.

Aligned,

Vibrating in your soul signature.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

And just begin to feel your awareness coming back to your physical body.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Whatever you are sitting or lying upon.

Notice your breath,

The breath of life that animates your soul,

That manifests it into the physical,

Into this beautiful body that is you.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Begin to really feel into your body,

Call all your energy back to this moment,

To this place.

Be fully present in the magnificence of you.

And you may still sense that light around you which is always with you,

It never leaves you.

Constantly streaming to you the truth of you.

Tune in and receive the truth of you,

Always,

In every moment.

Take a deep breath in.

And when you feel ready,

Just gently open your eyes.

And smile.
