The Bliss of Pure Being So just for a moment,

Imagine yourself as your soul in its purest state.

No attachments,

No needs,

Simply floating in an eternal moment of peace.

Here,

You are whole and still,

Beyond emotions or human concerns.

This place is the essence of all creation,

Where the soul observes and exists in quiet harmony.

From this state,

There is no need to achieve or change anything.

You simply observe the universe around you,

Feeling a sense of wholeness and perfection,

As though you are one with all that exists.

Because you are.

This state of infinite bliss is what many seek on earth,

A state of being that allows for detachment and unconditional peace.

Yet something stirs within this peaceful state,

A tiny flicker,

A spark.

This spark is the curiosity that drives you forward,

That will eventually pull you into the realm of creation.

But for now,

You are simply here,

In the boundless harmony of being.

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down.

And just adjust your position so that you are really comfortable.

And know that at any time during the meditation,

You can move around to bring that sense of comfort.

When you feel ready,

Just gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.

And just take another deep breath in and imagine that you're drawing your awareness within.

And as you breathe out,

You just gently,

Gently,

Let go.

And just feel yourself sinking deeper into whatever you're sitting or lying upon.

Take another deep breath in and imagine that you draw your awareness deeper and deeper within.

And as you breathe out,

You just surrender a little more,

Letting go.

And imagine yourself floating in a warm,

Expansive space,

Surrounded by light,

The light of you,

Your soul and the universe.

You feel yourself becoming more and more weightless as you release any thoughts,

Emotions or attachments.

There is no gravity here,

No effort required,

Only the soft sensation of floating.

Floating on a sea of oneness,

An ocean of consciousness,

Of being in perfect balance.

So,

Imagine yourself as a single point of light,

A radiant presence.

This light represents the essence of your soul,

Pure and unchanging.

Pure and unchanging.

Feel yourself expanding slightly with each breath,

Becoming more and more immersed in this endless space.

The concept of time is dissolving as you rest in this infinite presence in each moment.

You are without thoughts or concerns,

Experiencing a pure state of bliss.

And in this state,

There is nothing to seek,

Nothing to understand.

There is no one you need to be,

And there is nothing you need to do.

You are just being.

Allow yourself to just completely surrender to this timeless,

Effortless existence.

Allow yourself to feel held in this beautiful grace,

Supported by the vast,

Limitless space,

Free to just simply be.

You begin to notice a tiny spark within you,

A gentle flicker of something new.

A gentle flicker of something new.

It doesn't disrupt your peace or your harmony,

But it's there,

A subtle pulse of curiosity.

Sit with this spark,

Feeling its gentle warmth,

As it rests quietly within the eternal harmony of your soul.

Gently now,

Just bring your awareness back to your breath.

Breathing in the breath of life,

Breathing out the breath of life.

The very thing that animates your soul,

The breath of life.

And as you breathe,

As you focus on your breathing,

You slowly bring your awareness back to this place,

To this time.

And you're carrying with you the wisdom of the eternal presence,

Your soul.

Your soul.

As you feel yourself filling up your magnificent body,

Becoming one with you,

Feeling your mind,

Your body and your soul all in agreement,

In alignment,

Enlightening you.

Take a deep breath in and out,

And be fully present right here,

Right now.

And when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes and smile.
