Today,

We'll talk about inspired action,

The subtle intuitive guidance that arises when you're centered.

Inspired action isn't about forcing things to happen.

It's about listening to the quiet nudges of your intuition and trusting that the next steps will appear.

These steps may feel small or insignificant,

But when you're aligned,

They lead to profound shifts.

When we're in a state of flow,

Life feels easier and we naturally align with the opportunities and connections that support our desires.

So instead of trying to control every detail,

You can trust the process and take aligned steps with confidence.

So let's tune into this inner guidance now in today's guided meditation.

So find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

And if you're sitting,

Just place your hands on your lap with your palms facing upward.

And if you're lying down,

Just place your arms beside you with your palms facing upward.

And so today,

Let's imagine that you are giving and receiving wisdom and love.

You are supporting the universe as much as the universe is supporting you.

And you're beginning to know your soul and the feeling of it so you can tune into it whenever you want to.

Take a deep breath in.

Take another deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Feel your shoulders drop down and your jaw relax.

And begin to feel yourself sinking into whatever you are sitting or lying upon.

Relaxing deeper and deeper.

And begin to imagine and see that beautiful golden light flowing into the room like the rays of the sun,

The light of your higher self,

The light of your soul,

The light of the source,

All the creative heart at the center of our universe.

Breathe in that light and just breathe out all things you no longer need.

You're learning to let go of your emotions,

Feelings,

Or beliefs that no longer serve you.

And you begin to feel even more relaxed,

Even more calm.

And imagine that you breathe that golden light into your heart.

Breathe out of your heart.

And as you breathe in and out of your heart,

You feel your consciousness moving into your heart.

And deep,

Deep in your heart space,

You now imagine yourself sitting in a peaceful,

Open field.

A beautiful place in nature.

The air around you feels calm and supportive.

And as you sit quietly,

Ask yourself,

What is my next inspired step?

What feels like the next natural step for me to take?

Allow any thoughts,

Images,

Or feelings to arise.

There might be colors or symbols.

Whatever comes,

Just observe it.

Trust that even the smallest nudge is guiding you in the right direction.

And if nothing comes within the meditation,

Know that in the following hours,

Days,

Or weeks,

The ideas will drop into your mind.

But imagine right now that there is a golden path in front of you.

And you step onto that path.

And see yourself taking a step.

How does it feel in your body?

It feels light,

Natural,

And aligned.

Get used to this feeling,

Because this is the feeling that will come to you,

That will help you to move along your path into the direction towards your dreams and desires.

Say silently to yourself,

I trust my inner guidance.

I take the next step with ease and with confidence.

And wherever it takes you,

Know that it will be exactly what is needed for you to move towards your dreams and desires even quicker.

Take a deep breath in.

Take another deep breath in,

Taking in that beautiful golden light.

And letting this sense of knowing and flow fill your entire being.

Let it settle into every cell within your body.

You're training your nervous system to expand into a higher vibration.

You're training your body to keep up with your dreams and desires.

And with each breath that you take in,

Your consciousness expands even more to fill up your whole physical body.

The wisdom of your soul and of the universe touches every cell in your body.

And you feel yourself vibrating,

Stepping more and more into the beauty and the wisdom of who you are.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Call all your energy back to this moment,

To this place.

Be fully present right here,

Right now.

And when you feel ready,

Just gently open your eyes and smile.

And imagine that you carry this sense of clarity and confidence wherever you go.
