Welcome to this open to receiving meditation practice.
Together we will work on opening our hearts to receiving,
Trusting that we will take action when our inner being calls for it.
I will guide you through this practice so you can bring your attention within and open yourself up to receiving.
Take any comfortable position,
Sitting up or laying down,
Checking in with yourself,
Drawing your attention inward.
What does your body need today?
Gently and softly closing the eyes,
Let's get started.
Let's the body completely know that you are safe and supported.
Tapping into that inner stillness,
That place of comfort within ourselves,
Let's take a moment to open ourselves up to the wonders this life has to offer.
Let's start by setting an intention for your practice today.

What would you like to be open to receiving?

Take a long deep breath into the nose.
Gently exhale while you connect to your inner being,
Arriving into the moment,
Into the now.
Then inhale deeply,
Exhale fully.
Repeat the following words a few times in your mind,
Or simply follow along and listen to them.
I surrender.
All is truly well.

Embrace stillness.
Embrace harmony.
Just be.
Feeling peaceful,
Stable,
Balanced,
Equanimous.
Without changing anything,
Simply follow the natural flow of your breath.
Notice where you're feeling your breath.

Opening ourselves up to this wonderful path of receiving without resisting what currently is.

Draw your attention back to the breath.
Take a deep inhalation through the nose and exhale with a deep sigh through the mouth.
Inhale abundance.

Feel inspired to come back to this meditation as often as you desire.

Getting awareness of breath.
To come out of the meditation,
Start noticing any sounds around you.
Your fingertips and your toes are starting to move.
Small movements that are slowly becoming bigger.
Become aware of the body.
Feel what your body needs today.
If you want to stretch out,
Take a moment to do so.
When you are ready,
At your own tempo,
Open the eyes by blinking a few times.
