This meditation will activate your Crown Chakra.
I will take you on a journey to meet your universal spirit in a place where you feel welcomed,
Understood and seen for who you are.
The Crown Chakra was a Hasra sits at the top of your head and is the source of physical and spiritual healing.
Its fundamental right is to know the color it is associated with is violet.
Find a quiet place and create your space using the color violet Crown Chakra gemstones,
Essential oils and herbs.
Before doing this practice,
Do this with intention.
Lie down on your yoga mat.
Place your crystal at your Crown Chakra above your head.
We will be using breath work to calm and center ourselves before connecting to your universal spirit.
This meditation is a journey into your imagination.
For some,
It might be like the color movie.
For others,
You may not see anything at all.
Whatever happens for you is correct.
Know that you are loved.
Know that you are safe.
Know that you are held.
Now,
Place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly.
Close your eyes.
We will be breathing in and out through your nose.
Start to notice your breath as it comes in and out.
Imagine you are breathing right down into your belly.
As your left hand rises,
Your right doesn't move.
As you exhale,
Your left hand falls.

Go within to that place of inner quiet.
Let go of any thoughts and distractions.
If any thoughts come in,
Allow them to go out with your exhalation.
Feel the weight of your body being completely supported by the earth below,
Knowing that you are safe and held.
And with each inhalation and exhalation,
Allow yourself to become more relaxed,
More comfortable,
More at peace.
I invite you to imagine you're standing in front of a door.
Take a moment to look at this door.
What is it made of?
What is the texture?
Does it have a frame?
What is the size?
Does it have a color?
Is there anything written on it?
Take time to explore the door.
Reach out and touch this door.
What does it feel like beneath your fingertips?
Behind this door is the place where your universal spirit lives,
The energy of your crown chakra.
It's a place of compassion and protection,
Where you feel welcomed and understood.
Let's open the door and enter the place where your universal energy lives.
Take a moment to look around you.
What do you notice?
Are you in a large space or small?
Are you inside or outside?
What is around you?
Explore.
Take a moment to see your surroundings and notice what it feels like to be here and bring your attention to this moment.
There is nowhere else where you need to be right now.
There is nothing to distract you,
Nothing to fix or change.
Everything is in divine order.
Your full attention is here.

Now,
Bring your attention to the top of your head.
Imagine a bright violet disc that shines with a violet ray of compassionate and protective light surrounding you.
This light is truth,
Wisdom and connectivity.
This disc of violet light fills you from within.
It glows around you and above you.
Visualize this glowing violet light from above your head.
Become aware of your spiritual being and your universal spirit.
You are allowing yourself to receive energy from source.
Take a moment to interact with this energy and feel what it feels like to be welcome,
Understood and seen for who you are.
Let this light shine through your eyes.
Let this light shine through your eyes.
Let this light shine through your eyes.
As you take rest from this interaction,
You notice your universal spirit showering you with compassion and protection.
You feel it flowing from your crown chakra filling your every cell with this life force energy.
Start with your head and notice the sensations of this glowing violet light of divine love and peace as it soaks into your every cell.
Move down through your shoulders,
Through your arms and into your fingertips.
Notice the sensation of this glowing violet light of divine love and peace as it soaks into your every cell.
Now bring your attention to your chest and heart area and notice the sensation of this glowing violet light of divine love and peace as it soaks into your stomach.
Move slowly to your stomach and notice the sensation of this glowing violet light of divine love and peace as it soaks into your every cell.
Move into your thighs and notice the sensation of this glowing violet light of divine love and peace as it flows into your every cell.
Move further down into your calves,
Feet and toes.
Notice the sensation of this glowing violet light of divine love and peace as it soaks into your every cell.
Receive this divine love energy for your highest good.
Feel it flowing around and through you.
Feel it blessing you.
Feel how it grows stronger throughout your body.
The crown chakra is your connection to physical and spiritual healing.
You are not separate from Source.
You are one with Source.
You are connected,
Loved,
Welcome and seen as the divine spiritual being that you are.
Call in this light.
Let it flow freely through you,
Finding its way to wherever it's needed.
Let this fountain of violet light pour out of you and around you and spill into the universe.
You are allowing and becoming.
You feel this life force energy filling your breath and bathing your body.

Now that every cell in your body has been washed with divine love energy,
Ask the light to show you your spiritual path and guide you to the places and experiences you are.
Commit to living a life in alignment with this light illuminating your soul's path.
