
Yantra Meditation For Protection From Low Vibration Energies
This meditation is designed to help you resonate with high vibration healing and protective energies, to embody them in order to increase your internal defense system and therefore your ability to protect yourself from the Coronavirus and other low vibration energies. By practicing this meditation, you'll create a powerful protective energy field around your body and self of very high vibration energies that you can then emanate into your home, your office, or anywhere else you go all of the time. The more you practice, the stronger the protection.

Yantra meditation for protection against the coronavirus and other low vibration energies.
The following meditation is a guided practice to help you empower this yantra that was shared with us by lamas in the Tibetan Buddhist traditions.
And by empowering this yantra and meditating on it,
You can actually create a field of protection around you that will reduce the potential for low vibration energies,
Such as the one of the coronavirus,
To come into your space and affect you.
So begin by finding a comfortable position,
Sitting,
So that you can gaze at the yantra throughout the meditation.
And once you'll be closing your eyes,
You can obviously lay down if you prefer to and continue to visualize the yantra internally.
Remember that a yantra is an image,
A physical representation of specific energies that have been intuited and channeled by spiritual and enlightened beings,
And they can help us hold this energy within ourselves and in the space around us.
So once you've found comfort,
Whether you're sitting on the floor or on a chair,
Just allow yourself for a moment to relax your body.
Head relax.
Neck relax.
Shoulders relax.
Chest relax.
Abdomen relax.
Back relaxed.
Arms,
Hands and fingers relaxed.
Hips relax.
Pelvic floor relax.
Legs,
Feet,
Toes relax.
Head relax.
Breath in.
Breath out.
Neck relax.
Breath in.
Shoulder relax.

As you get into this deep state of relaxation,
Let go of anything that is not serving you,
Just drop it.
Let the body open.
Let the space of your body feel open and relaxed.
Ready to receive.
Ready to transmit the energy from your heart into the field all around you.
Reorganizing information from stress and survival into deep relaxation,
Connection,
Intention.
Bringing your awareness in the space of your heart and feeling the space of your heart.
Breathing through this space.
Relaxing.
Gently smiling to yourself and to your heart.
And connecting to your intention of being safe.
Being protected.
Being grounded and relaxed.
Your intention of being whole and healthy.
And now very gently as you connect to your intention of protection,
Health and wholeness.
You can gently open your eyes and begin to gaze at the Yantra.
With a very soft gaze,
Keeping your body relaxed.
Your heart open.
Gently gazing at the Yantra.
Allowing your entire consciousness to be absorbed by the energy of this Yantra.
As you continue to gaze at the Yantra while remaining open and relaxed.
Resonating with the energy emanating from the Yantra.
Feeling it.
Relaxing into it.
Continue to gaze at it.
To connect to its energy to resonate with it.
Breathing the energy of the Yantra into your heart.
Into your body,
Into your mind.
Feeling the energy of the Yantra.
Permeating each and every cell of your being.
Changing the quality of your consciousness.
Protecting you completely.
From any exposure to the coronavirus or any low vibration energies in your field.
Choosing health and wholeness.
Choosing safety and protection.
Allowing for any fear,
Any worry,
Any tendencies to project any of these worries or fears.
To clear,
To release.
So that your entire consciousness can be absorbed by the energy of the Yantra.
As you continue to gently and softly gaze at the Yantra.
Let an inner image form in your inner eye.
You may begin to close your eyes or keep your eyes open for a little longer.
While you internalize this Yantra in your mind's eyes.
Feeling your mind's eyes with this Yantra.
So that your entire consciousness is permeated with the energy of this Yantra.
Protecting you.
Keeping you safe.
Whole.
And healthy.
And once you feel that the Yantra is in your mind's eyes.
You can close your eyes.
And begin to visualize the Yantra internally.
You may find that at the beginning the image remains for a while and then disappears.
You can then open your eyes again.
And once again gaze at the Yantra.
Until you can keep this image for longer and longer in your mind's eyes.
And once again,
You can close your eyes.
If you find it challenging to keep this image in your mind's eyes or if the image does not come.
You may either keep your eyes open for a little longer.
Until you are able to internalize this image.
And you may simply feel the image.
Even if you are not seeing it in your mind's eyes.
Feeling the Yantra inside of you.
The energy of it.
It's influence on your body,
On your cells,
On your thoughts,
On your mind,
On your emotions.
On the flows of energy within you and all around you.
Now whether your eyes are open or not,
Whether you are seeing the Yantra in your mind's eye or externally.
Bring your awareness to your heart center.
And connect to your heart with a deep sense of gratitude.
For this Yantra and its energy.
And the protection and the safety that it's providing you.
Once again if you can't see it,
Just feel it.
Connect to your heart and feel the energy of the Yantra.
In your heart.
Getting out of the way and allowing yourself to feel the emergence of this energy in your heart.
Feeling your heart open more as you feel this appreciation,
This gratitude for this energy emanating from the Yantra.
As your heart continues to open,
As it resonates with the energy of the Yantra.
Feel your entire body soften.
Knowing that you are protected.
By the energy of the Yantra.
As you connect to the feelings of safety,
Of protection,
Of wholeness and health.
Provided by the energy of the Yantra.
Feel gratitude for all of the selfless,
Enlightened beings and other spiritual beings who have shared this Yantra with us.
Feeling gratitude for their service to you and to humanity.
For keeping you safe.
For helping you navigate those challenging times of worry,
Of fear,
Of uncertainty.
Finding your way inward.
Deeper and deeper into a sense of complete safety and protection through this Yantra.
Feel your heart open more and more.
And imagine or feel that the energy of the Yantra is now residing in your heart.
It has become a part of you.
One with you.
And as the Yantra and its energy becomes one with you,
Gently smile.
And imagine or feel that the Yantra is now emanating from your heart center.
Into the field all around you.
As light as energy,
Vibration.
In your field.
In the field.
Creating a layer,
A bubble of protection,
A cocoon all around you.
And expanding into the room that you're in,
Into the space that you're in.
Into your home or your office.
As the Yantra continues to emanate from your heart and expand.
The field of energetic protection from any threat,
Any virus,
Becomes stronger and stronger.
Impenetrable.
And the only energy that can move through is the energy of love of God,
Of pure consciousness.
Protecting you.
Supporting you.
Keeping you whole and healthy.
Receive this protection and let yourself feel safe,
Protected and in a deep state of inner peace and gratitude for this safety,
This protection that you're receiving through the energy of this Yantra.
As you maintain your awareness of the field of energy protection.
As you maintain your awareness of the field of energy protection all around you.
Give thanks.
And feel or visualize the energy field all around you become even stronger and brighter as a result of the energy of the Yantra permeating it.
And as you maintain your awareness of the field of energy protection all around you.
Now either placing your hands in front of your heart.
Towards your heart or outwardly.
Begin to channel the energy of the Yantra to yourself.
Or into the world.
To help you remain safe and protected.
The protection and safety of wholeness of health to yourself or into the world.
Visualizing or seeing the Yantra and its energy field surrounding the whole planet.
And protecting you and all beings.
Activating and actualizing the energy of this Yantra within you and all around you.
For the protection,
The safety,
The well-being,
The health and the wholeness of yourself and all sentient beings.
And the well-being of all beings.
Continue giving thanks.
For all the beings who have channeled it and brought it into your realm of consciousness,
Into your field.
Allowing for more and more energy to be generated through this process,
More and more protection for yourself and others.
Connecting with compassion,
With love,
With gratitude to the energy of the Yantra.
And all beings who have made it possible,
