Okay,

So welcome to this second session.

It's nice to see you.

We're less,

Less people,

Some people missing.

So,

In the structure of the seminar,

We will always do like this.

There will be one lesson that will be introduction of the theme,

And then the next one,

Which is this one.

It will be the feedback from your experimenting with the meditation,

With the focus of the week,

Which this week was coming back to the breath and see what it does,

Just really experimenting with that.

And can be a feedback about how this seminar is starting for you,

It can be also questions about what has been said in talks,

Whatever feels like fruitful,

Maybe fruitful for you to ask,

That's one way.

Or sometime maybe through the intention of the week or through your meditation,

You realize something that is precious for yourself that you want to share.

That's also a possibility because then we work with a group dynamic and group intelligence,

Which is a very important aspect.

So,

We'll take something like half an hour for this,

Maybe a bit less,

Let's see.

And so,

It's important that everybody try to express and be clear with not too many words,

Like not building up a full story,

Because that's going to be too much,

You're going to take too much space and the others will not have time.

So,

Trying to really express the juicy bit,

Like really what is important,

And not all around.

And it's also important that if someone asks a question or express a difficulty that you don't then come next and say your answer to that.

That's not the idea.

And then after we'll have a meditation,

I'll start with guiding it,

And then I'll switch off the computer and you'll be alone.

And then the idea would be that you keep on as long as you can.

So,

I think it's an important feature of this seminar that is important to understand.

It doesn't end exactly when I stop guiding.

As long as you can go,

Then go.

That's part.

It's a precious opportunity to have first guided and then being on your own,

Seeing what changes and what happens.

So,

I really encourage that you make the time for after.

Also,

There will be the possibility for those of you who want to join in small groups,

Just before every seminar.

So,

We started with the French group,

There's a French group going on,

And they were very happy.

Just now we started just two hours ago.

And so,

I will send more details about that by email to not take too much time in explaining the technicalities.

But it's possible with these credible tools that you find yourself by pairs of three,

Three,

Four maybe,

And with a theme.

So,

I'll send more in an email that you'll receive together with the link of the recordings.
