Hi,

My name is Diana Mersaeva.

I'm a Mind-Body Connection coach,

A psychosomatic specialist,

And a meditation teacher.

I'm so,

So,

So happy to see you guys here.

Thank you for joining this talk.

And today I have a very big question to you that I asked actually at the end of the previous video.

Please watch that.

What is life for you?

And I understand that is a huge question.

And let's just philosophize here.

And I would like to share my latest perception of life.

I should say that the previous year,

2023,

Was extremely challenging for me.

And I'm not just saying it to sound big or anything,

But I really had two very life-changing events.

And later,

I was just building myself again,

Building a new version of myself.

And this is when I realized that a lot,

A lot in my mind,

In my vision of life has changed,

And life itself too.

So very shortly,

To pack it in a few sentences,

What is life for me now,

It is just simply a present moment.

Every second,

Every part of the second that happens for us,

Within us,

Around us,

Is life and nothing else.

I see life as a huge,

Straight line.

And I'm somewhere,

Hopefully not in the middle yet.

I'm in my 30s.

And there is nothing else there,

Just life from the past to the future.

And I'm moving on this line,

Feeling life and filling it with mostly amazing moments.

That is it.

Life is just a present moment.

And another question that is very related,

And that is kind of bothering me in the last couple of weeks,

Bothering in a negative sense,

Of course,

Because I am still probably hesitating my answer to that.

But what is the meaning of life?

Well,

You know,

I've graduated as a philosopher.

My bachelor's is in philosophy.

And all of my works and studies were around the topic of meaning of life.

And this topic is with me almost all my life,

Since my early teenage years.

And right now,

What is the meaning of life for me is just living life and experiencing life fully.

All of the emotions that come up,

All the feelings,

Being present in all of the situations,

Preferably every moment,

Just living and letting life flow through me.

This is the meaning of life.

Because if I don't get the full experience with all of my senses,

With my brain,

With my mind,

With my spirit,

Then what is it for?

If I'm just living,

I don't know,

For a material thing,

Or becoming someone else that I am not yet?

Anything and everything doesn't have any sense but the present moment.

Realizing yourself in this physical body right now.

And,

Of course,

Trying to be better,

To grow,

To have more material things that you thrive and strive to have.

But everything doesn't have any sense if you don't enjoy and do not experience the present moment.

That is as simple as that.

It might not have any sense for any other person,

But probably it resonates with you.

So please let me know how you feel about my perception of life,

What is life for me,

And what is the meaning of life for me too.

And please share your perspective on that.

I am extremely curious to get to know new people,

To make new connections,

And to know their experiences and opinions sincerely.

So I am waiting to read your comments down below and I wish you to enjoy your life and to be committed to the meaning of your life.

And I'll see you next week for the next episode.

Bye.
