I used to be constantly anxious.
I was everyday stressed.
And I was always chasing that next big thing.
And I was never happy with what I had.
Until.
.
.
I discovered meditation.
And that is when I learned how to tap into my inner wisdom.
Into that sweet spot inside of me full of peace,
Tranquility.
That I thought was never possible.
Hi,
My name is Diana.
I'm a MindBodyConnection coach,
A psychosomatic specialist and a meditation teacher.
Today,
I want to introduce you guys to a fundamental concept in Buddhism,
Wisdom.
We will talk about what wisdom is.
How it is related to our everyday life.
And how we can access this wisdom through practice.
It will be very simple and even more practical.
So stay until the end of this video.
In Buddhism,
This is the end.
Wisdom isn't related to how smart you are or how knowledgeable someone is.
It is the ability of everyone of us to see the world as it is.
Imagine a clear,
Calm lake.
Sometimes leaves or debris are falling onto the surface of the lake bottom.
Inside.
It always stays calm.
Clear.
And perfect.
But inside.
Everything is calm.
Quiet and at peace.
It is our true nature,
Accessible to every one of us.
Let's have a short practice together right now.
You may close your eyes and simply rest your attention on your breath.
Follow the movement.
Of your chest area or of your belly.
And just breathe.
Notice.
The air traveling through your body.
Gentle changes in your body that this breath brings to you.
And this practice brings you right into the present moment.
You may open your eyes.
I told you it will be a very short practice.
And this is a good illustration of how we can connect to our inner wisdom through simple mindfulness of our breath.
The breath brings us back to the present moment.
And,
Of course.
.
.
Emotions,
Thoughts will arise.
They will come.
And they will go.
They are impermanent.
As everything in our life.
This way,
Meditation helps us to see the true nature of things.
Understanding that everything in our life,
Literally everything is impermanent,
Is ever-changing,
Will help us to stop clinging to things.
Outcomes,
Results to people,
Emotions,
Experiences,
Whatever it might be for you.
Because of the AND.
Or change.
And of course it brings us suffer.
We don't want them to change.
We don't want them to end it.
If it is something pleasurable or we suffer because of some negative difficult things in our life,
But realizing the true nature of things through mindfulness practices,
Through meditation.
We can learn to enjoy life as it is.
We will become happier,
More at peace,
At ease.
In balance and harmony with ourselves and our life.
And all that has been proven by scientific research.
And I want to encourage you guys to implement this knowledge,
Your inner wisdom,
In your daily life.
Recognize the impermanence of every single thing in your life.
Impermanence of yourself.
All of the changing states.
Your thoughts,
Emotions yesterday,
And if you want to deepen your mindfulness practice or meditation.
Consider my MindBodyConnection coach,
Where I will guide you every step of your journey towards your goal.
And I'm always,
Always happy to connect with you.
So I wish all of you guys to stay true to yourself,
Connected to your inner world and see life just as it is.
And I will see you in my next video.
