Don't panic.

Maybe you're feeling anxious or a bit judgmental of yourself.

But try to breathe away some of the expectations you're having around doing everything right.

Remember that this is a process.

And to assume that you're doing it wrong would be to steal worthy credit away from the fact that you're even trying.

Don't panic.

Maybe you have some idea about what all of this should be like.

But try to breathe away the thoughts that hold you back from landing here and now,

And honour what it took for you to arrive.

Don't panic.

You may fear that you will stumble many times along the way.

And you will.

But realize that this is a practice of patience and compassion for your own insides.

And acknowledge the fact that you're doing your best.

And your best is better than you think.

So don't panic.

You are already enough.

And this is going somewhere.
