Welcome to the spa meditation series.
This is a 5 minutes head and neck meditation massage.
Please find a comfortable position,
Whatever works for you is perfect.
Whenever you feel ready just close your eyes.
Let's take a long slow deep breath in and out and another one to wash away your day.
Long slow deep breath in and out.
Now come back to your normal breathing.
And while breathing I invite you to visualize two warm and caring hands massaging the top of your head.
Feel the pressure of the fingertips in different parts of your head.
Feel the fingertips on your scalp moving around from side to side,
Releasing any tension and any tightness.
If you feel comfortable you can also use your hands.
And while massaging your head I invite you to visualize those worries,
Any kind of heaviness the day until now just flying away.
Release everything that no longer serves you through releasing any tension and tightness from your head.
And now I invite you to feel the pressure of those hands,
Maybe yours,
On your neck.
Allow the neck maybe for the first time today just to rest.
Release and let go any heaviness,
Any tension.
Let's take another long slow deep breath in and out.
