Dear soul,
Welcome to this guided breath meditation.
This is a journey to connect to your source self,
Your true being,
The conscious awareness that is the witness of all life and creator of life.
So,
I invite you to first begin to sit up straight in a seated comfortable position,
Putting one hand on your belly and one on your heart,
And just starting to notice your breath,
Moving in and out of your body,
Soft,
Welcoming yourself into the present moment.
Noticing if your mind wanders,
Just bring it back to the breath,
And take a few nice deep inhales like this,
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth,
Inhale and exhale,
Inhale and exhale,
Release,
Good,
Inhale and exhale,
Release,
Good,
Inhale and with that one hand on your belly and one on your heart space,
We're going to do active breathing,
It's a two-stage active breath,
We breathe into the belly with an open mouth,
Inhale belly,
Into the heart,
And exhale,
Release,
Good,
Inhale belly,
Inhale heart,
And exhale,
Release,
Good,
Inhale belly,
Inhale heart,
And exhale,
Release,
Beautiful,
So that is the active breath,
And we're going to breathe like this for around 20 minutes,
So gently make your way down to your mat,
Make yourself comfortable,
Letting your whole body soften and be held by the earth,
By mother earth,
Just fully releasing the day,
When you're ready,
You can start with your first active breath,
Breathing into the belly,
Inhale,
Into the heart,
And exhale,
Release,
Ah,
Inhale belly,
Into the heart,
And exhale,
Release,
Inhale belly,
Inhale heart,
And exhale,
Release,
Ah,
Good,
And keep on breathing like this in your own rhythm that feels nourishing for you,
Today,
In this moment,
Listen to your body,
If your mind wanders,
Just bring your awareness back to your breath,
So we're creating space from the inside out,
Massaging the body from the inside,
Creating space,
Releasing any blockages or tensions in the body,
And activating the body with chi,
With that prana,
And life force of the breath,
So life is breath,
We're coming into life,
We take that first breath and we're saying yes to life,
By breathing we're saying yes to life,
And it's the most natural beautiful thing that just happens by itself,
And today we're doing active breathing,
So we can even enhance that life force,
That chi,
And feed the body,
And give it nourishment and space to really let go of anything that's been holding you down,
Anything that's been feeling overwhelming,
Anything that is feeling tight or tender,
And good,
And keep on breathing,
Belly,
Heart,
And exhale,
Release,
Inhaling light,
Inhaling space,
And releasing to an open mouth,
Good,
And softening a little more,
Finding that sweet spot between activity,
Action,
And being,
That sweet spot with tension and surrender,
Finding that middle line between the duality,
In the center,
In the heart of your being,
That presence sinking in deeper and deeper into the presence of being,
Wonderful,
Feeling the body,
Feeling the sensations in the body,
There might be some cleansing tears coming through,
There might be feelings of pleasure and enjoyment and joy,
There might be a slight sense of grief in the heart space,
So bringing your awareness to the heart space and allowing that inner sun to slightly crack open,
To open that door from the heart,
That portal of being where your individual heart meets the universal heart,
The union with all things,
So allowing the gentle warmth,
The gentle opening of the heart while you're breathing,
Creating more and more space for yourself,
For your true nature,
That self with capital S,
The I am,
Claiming yourself,
Claiming that ownership,
That power of being,
That fire in the heart,
That desire for truth and love,
Good,
Knowing that all of this is an invitation,
You decide,
You decide how deep you want to go,
You decide how much you want to open,
And you can ask your higher self to help you in surrendering a little more control,
A little more tightness into this vast field of creative potential,
This vast beautiful field of love,

Feeling the parts that maybe haven't been having space to be felt before,
So bringing all of you home,

And maybe allow your body to shake out a little bit of energy,
Shakey,

Move that energy,

And bringing your awareness back into the breath,
Into the body,
And softening into that warmth,
That love that is present,
That you are,
That I am,

And gently bringing your awareness to your third eye,
The space between your eyebrows,
Maybe feeling some tingling sensations there,
Maybe there is some openings starting to happen there in the third eye,
Activating that clear seeing,
So seeing beyond the veil,
So to speak,
That intuitive seeing,
Good,
And softening your jaw,
Letting go of energy around the jaw,
The neck,
Maybe a big yawn happens,
Good,
And back to the eyebrows,
And just softening that space,
Letting your eyebrows soften,
Your eyes sink in deeper,
The mind kind of melting into the body,
Letting yourself be held fully by the earth,
And the stars,
And the sunlight,
And the moon,
Good,
And slowly bringing your awareness to your root chakra,
And keep on breathing the active breath,
Seeing if there is anything that is not feeling safe to be on the earth,
That doesn't feel safe to be rooted here on this planet,
Mother Earth,
And see if you can re-establish that connection,
And rooting down into the earth,
Feeling that light,
That purity of the Mother,
Of the True Mother,
Good,
And letting go of any old debris,
Anything that is fear-based,
Anything that is not feeling safe here,
Letting it go to the earth,
Mother Earth is a beautiful composter,
She knows exactly how to transform debris into new life,
Into blooming flowers,
And growing trees,
A new life,
Beautiful,
A few more moments with breath,
With active breathing,
And slowly coming back to your heart again,
And just deep,
Active breaths here,

Breathing into the belly,
Up,
Cleansing,
Clearing through the heart,
And releasing again,
Good,
And once again feeling that inner sun,
That warmth,
That gentle beating of the heart,

Shining through so beautifully in your heart space,

Gently coming back to your natural breath,
Taking one nice deep inhale,

Noticing that slight shift in your vibration,
Feeling your whole body being activated by the breath with light,
With life force source,
Just slowly coming back to the space,
Wiggling your hands and your toes,
And maybe giving yourself a nice hug,
And turning to your right or your left side for a moment,
And just feeling grounded and back in your body,
