Manipura Chakra Meditation

All of my power awaits me.

I reclaim my power to live in the beautiful,

Awakened state of my life.

With yourself settled into stillness,

You may wish to draw upon breath.

Breath that floats into your being.

Breath that fills your beautiful nature.

Each solitude breath is the expansive witnessing of your presence in now.

In this moment and in each moment eternal.

How do you hold yourself here in the abundance of life?

How do you hold your power to be used for good and acts of service?

How do you hold your power and simultaneously live from it?

To open yourself to abundance is to will the beautiful treasures of your heart,

Fueled by the inertia here in your third chakra.

Your Manipura Chakra is the seat of your power.

It is what elicits the words and actions of all of life.

All of creativity.

All of abundance.

Your willingness to walk with the root of stability.

Your Muladhara Chakra and the Kundalini life force energy that rises up from the base of your spine here in certainty of life.

In the ever present witnessing of your heart.

As the fire of life moves upwards,

Igniting the flame of passion,

You feel its distinct nature in the second chakra,

The Svadhisthana Chakra of life,

Of birthing life and creativity.

Of passion,

Of pursuit,

Of glorious ease into the perfection of what you are.

Feel the ever present glow of this chakra.

This bright orange,

Alive and of its distinct power.

You feel the ease of power within your being each time you bring breath in through your nose and mouth into the places of your body.

Which come alive in vigor.

Now allow your attention to dwell here in the space of your Manapura Chakra,

The center of your energy.

Here in yellow,

The spinning vortex of this energy center here between your navel and your lower chest.

This is the birthplace of self,

The confidence that lives in you.

As you enable the fire of life,

The solar plexus energy,

The power that you hold for all things.

That you realize as sacred.

As you continue in the experience of living in the presence of your sacred power,

Feel what arises.

That you live in the space of Light,

Lord Sauron.

Allow for what imagery dances into your consciousness.

For this is the element of how your power exists within you.

Light up your life in the beautiful presence of your sacred wonder.

Let this power of life,

Of love,

Of certain pride,

Fill your entire being.

Bathe in the bright light of your life.

Bathe in the light of the world and of eternity.

You are this eternal power.

You are light.

Be this light.
