This meditation is designed to help you relax and de-stress.
Begin by taking a very deep breath.
Inhale as much air into your lungs as you can.
Now fully exhale let all the air out of your lungs every last bit.
Again inhale deeply.
Fill your lungs as deep with air as you possibly can.
Now just as deeply exhale let all the air flow out of your lungs.
Again inhale just as deeply.
Pay attention to what it feels like as the air flows in and out of your lungs,
Energizing your body,
Bringing to life Prana.
With every breath let yourself fall deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.
Let all the tension build.
Now I want you to visualize a warm glowing light flowing from the top of your head going down to your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
All the way down your body.
As it flows through your forehead relax all those muscles.
Relax the muscles in your face,
Relax your eyes,
Let all the tension go from your jaw,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Visualize that warm light flowing down.
As the light flows down into your arms all the way down to your hands and your fingertips.
Visualize tension rolling off your body like steam.
It's all fading away.
You have no need for it.
With every breath,
Every heartbeat,
Releasing the tension,
The stress,
The anxiety,
Stress,
The anxiety,
Becoming more and more relaxed.
Let it all go every bit as that warm light flows through your body,
Down your back,
Release all the tension from those muscles,
Release all the pressure from your spine.
Again with every breath and every heartbeat you become more and more relaxed,
More and more in tune with who you are and more and more at peace.
Visualize that warm light flowing down through your legs,
All the way down to your feet and to your toes.
As you find your body is completely relaxed,

Walking through a beautiful field at night.
Stars above are so bright you feel like you can see all through the entire cosmos.
Look up and imagine all the possibilities,
All the things that could be out there waiting for you.
Relax and breathe.
Again with every breath and every heartbeat,
Let yourself fall into a deeper state of relaxation.
We'll count down and as we count every number of the stars get brighter,
The possibilities get closer and you become more and more relaxed and in tune with who you are,
What your purpose is.

Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Let it all go.
Look up and visualize flying through those stars.
Imagine seeing the possibilities,
The endless worlds,
The endless opportunities in front of you.
See the great beauty of nature.
Becoming more and more aware of how you've released the stress,
The worry,
The tension,
The anxiety.
You don't need it.
The world is so much more and your opportunity is just so much greater than you've ever imagined.
