Do you need to take a short break to clear stress and ground back into your energy? Sometimes we may have to clear stuck energy from the areas of the body that tend to hold onto our feelings until we can process them. Here we clear some key areas of energy in the female body according to Eastern medicine. Visit as often as you wish. This is a guided meditation inspired by an intuitive channel, with ambient sounds in the background.

Welcome.

This is for you.

In these few moments,

You'll be able to take some sacred alone time to release stress and bring your energy back to yourself.

I will be your guide.

If you're able,

Close your eyes and be in whatever position is safe and comfortable for you.

Now,

Notice your breathing.

There is no rush.

You cannot do this wrong.

On your next breath in,

Hold it and imagine gathering all the stress of the day,

All of everything that feels heavy,

All of the ways others want you to be.

Gather it all in a gray cloud and breathe it out through your mouth.

Release.

You are allowed to feel.

On your next breath in,

Imagine breathing in a beautiful green light.

It's a cleansing light.

The light makes sure to cleanse stress from your womb,

Your hips,

Your liver,

Your heart,

And your throat.

Let the light nourish you.

It finds the areas in the body that need a little more space and love.

Breathe in and out at your own natural pace.

Let this moment be your time.

Now,

Become aware of your breath.

Slowly open your eyes.

You've done this exactly how you need it to for you.

Now,

You are centered in your own energy.

You can come back to this moment anytime you wish.

I do well with visuals. The music and sound of her voice was soothing. I haven't meditated in a long time so the length really worked for me and I know it helped because I started yawning.
