Welcome to this recording.

Make yourself really really comfortable.

Find somewhere where you'll remain undisturbed and you can relax completely and fully.

Now just settle down,

Laying down,

Sitting down,

Arms unfolded,

Legs unfolded and allow yourself to feel the support beneath you.

Now just take your time to yourself and allow yourself to become fully involved.

To whichever depth feels more comfortable for you.

And allow your eyes to close fully.

Allow all of the little muscles around your eyes to relax.

Take a deep breath in and hold it for a couple of seconds.

Exhale and realise that even though you'll be super relaxed or comfortable,

You'll be able to move if you need to and if anything comes up that you need to attend to fully,

You'll be able to immediately jump up and just take care of it.

And put those thoughts to one side.

For now,

Just take another deep breath,

Hold it for a couple of seconds,

Exhale and as you exhale,

Notice,

Just notice,

Feelings of warmth.

Which part of your body feels warmest and best?

Just let that feeling spread so that with every breath you feel a spreading sense of warmth,

Comfort,

Satisfaction,

Relaxation begin to spread and move deeper and deeper.

So that your experience is one of pure comfort.

Now let those feelings of relaxation spread all the way from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

To the base of your neck and all the way down your spine.

Feel the support beneath you.

And in a moment,

When I count down from ten to one,

Just let yourself go deeper,

Easier,

More effortlessly than you ever have before.

Nine.

That's right.

Eight.

Deeper.

Deeper still.

Seven.

So that with every word that you hear,

You can go deeper and the deeper you go,

The better you feel.

The better you feel,

The deeper you go.

Six.

That's right.

All the way down.

Five.

Four.

Five.

Four.

With every word,

With every heartbeat,

You can go deeper,

Free from any worries and any concerns that you had,

You can leave behind.

Now.

To.

Forever.

Unconsciously.

One.

That's right.

All the way.

Now.

Now.

Now.

Now.

Now.

Now.

Now.

Now.

Now.

Now.

You can learn and understand in new ways the choices that you have to let go.

Immediately.

Gradually.

Of anything that held you back from really getting in.

Sight.

As you look over and survey each and every aspect,

Each and every angle,

And each and every colour,

And what you see behind your eyes,

Simply be aware that you're unconscious,

Which is close enough to hear me and respond fully.

No.

Exactly what to do.

Because it's been doing it every day.

And the only difference is today.

You're doing it with a purpose.

To let go of each and everything,

Each and every thought,

Image,

Feeling,

Emotion,

Concept,

Misperception that never held you back.

Because it wasn't that they knew,

Or he knew,

Or she knew,

Or you knew.

Answers.

To some questions.

Simply miss the point.

And that's over now.

Did you realise each and every moment,

That's right.

That's right.

Inside each and every moment.

You let go.

For reasons.

Of your own.

And you realise,

That if you really want to,

Just notice,

How,

That letting go,

Lets you go deeper,

And deeper still.

Now.

Because.

In this place.

Right now.

Anything you notice.

About everything.

That happened then.

Is different.

Now.

Because the clarity,

That's part of you,

Is everything you need.

To allow.

Yourself.

To take the next step.

And I don't know.

What that next step will be.

Yet.

Only when.

You're able to look back.

With clarity.

Now.

And see.

For the first time.

The amount.

Of what you've learned.

Unconsciously.

Vastly outweighs.

The idea you had.

Of everything.

Just.

One stage.

Before.

You let go.

And continue to let go.

Of everything that you no longer need,

That you no longer want.

That you carried for too long.

And all those.

Things.

That you no longer need,

That you no longer want.

Simply washed away.

Like.

The sound of an ocean wave.

Fading.

Into history.

Because history.

Is just history.

Now.

As those things fade away.

We keep with you.

Every positive.

Powerful.

Meaningful.

Supportive.

Empowering.

Experience.

That.

And that.

And that's right.

That supports you.

That is.

You.

But before you do.

Complete.

Full certainty.

And with utter clarity.

Observe.

Now.

You can dream.

Deeply.

Tonight.

My sleep and dream.

Can continue.

To process.

And let go.

It's easy.

When you allow.

Your conscience.

And review.

Freely.

Rich.

Is no longer needed.

Because.

The easier it becomes.

To let go.

Now.

Of every little thing.

Every.

Thought.

Every image.

Every feeling.

Every emotion.

Does hold you back.

So that.

Letting go and putting those things down.

The more delight.

You'll discover.

Inside.

You might.

There is a light.

So that.

Reflection.

The surface.

The water.

Above you.

In your strength.

To continue.

To learn and let go.

Doubles.

And doubles.

And doubles.

Every day.

You wake up in the morning.

You can thank the day.

Being.

Now.

While I've been speaking.

You're unconscious.

It's been processing.

Letting go.

Everything.

You no longer need.

You no longer wanted.

So that.

The lighter you feel.

Delighted.

And that.

Is a light.

Inside.

Now.

And will stay with you.

Today.

Tomorrow.

The next day.

And the day after that.

And the day after that.

And the day after that.

And the more you realise that light.

Is you.

Easier it will be.

To let yourself.

Be.

As you are.

And now.

And really appreciate that.

Every heartbeat.

Is new discovery.

So that in a moment.

When I can't.

And one to five.

You can feel amazing.

You can feel fantastic.

You can feel better than you've ever felt before.

And no reason.

Other than you can.

Now.

And I can't hope for one to five.

Just let yourself be.

One.

Two.

Three.

To move freely.

To breathe.

And to resurface.

For getting ready to stretch and feel fantastic and getting ready to open your eyes and.

Five.

Feeling amazing.

Refreshed recharged and ready.

For anything.
