This is a gentle and permissive meditation for use at bedtime. The vocal guides you into sleep, suggesting ways to make healthier eating choices easier every day using what the subconscious already knows along the way. Beneath the sound of rain, there are brainwave entrainment binaural beats to gently guide you through a drowse and into sleep. Optimised for headphones, but it works also on your BT speaker. After the vocal, there is only the sound of fading rain as you drift into sleep peacefully.

If you're listening to this last thing at night,

Just as you put your head down onto the pillow for a good night's sleep,

You're listening to this recording at just the right time.

And if it's not just that time for you to go to sleep,

Then it's not the right time for you to listen to this recording now.

Assuming you are ready to settle down for the night,

Here's what I want you to do in a moment,

Not now,

But in just a moment.

I'm going to give your unconscious mind some suggestions and instructions so that as you wind down and drop off to sleep,

Your subconscious unconscious has something to do that will help you to become healthier,

Sleep better,

And feel better every day as you drop off to sleep like a log.

You're going to go through the hypnagogic state of mind,

And the hypnagogic state of mind is that state of mind just before you slip into a dream.

You may see occasional images,

Or you may just notice the velvety darkness at the backs of your eyelids.

And while you do,

Any sounds you hear,

The sound of my voice,

Sounds and aroma around you,

Anything you're aware of can help you to double and triple the effectiveness of what you're doing now.

And what you're doing now is just receiving an invitation to review and recollect as you drift off to sleep,

Only the best part of the day,

And begin to form a pattern inside your mind of what that looks like.

And that's what you're going to do.

So while you do that,

And review only the best parts of your day,

Help yourself to the most pleasant and enjoyable experiences of the day.

And you're welcome to listen intently as you drop off to sleep,

Or continue to review what I continue to instruct your unconscious mind now to begin to reconnect in most pleasant and curiously satisfying ways.

Reconnect your mind with your God and your digestive system,

Because every day you eat certain foods at certain times,

And throughout the years the things that you have eaten have changed.

And whatever it is,

Your mind has acquired a lot of knowledge,

A lot of knowledge about what foods are nutritious,

What foods are really good for your body and really good for your mind as well.

Green,

Leafy greens,

Reds,

Oranges,

Coloured,

Nutritious,

Fresh,

Healthy foods.

Your mind knows absolutely how to help you every day to make better and better choices.

Better and better choices around eating the first meal of the day,

The second meal of the day,

The third meal of the day,

Any meal or any snack.

And it's just,

It's just about,

It's just about time to put that choice back so that you can do it just like when you're driving and you see a set of lights.

You see the red light,

The amber light and the green light.

And you see the red light,

The amber light and the green light.

And you see the red light,

The amber light and the green light.

And you look and have a wonderful night's sleep.

The unconscious mind can simply build a way,

A way for you to categorise every food you know at the unconscious level,

At the instinctual level,

At the habitual level.

And give each of those foods a red light or a amber light or a green light so that you know the green light foods,

You can eat as much of those as you like,

Full of nutrition.

Good for you.

And there's the amber light foods,

Maybe a little bit naughty,

Too much sugar or fat,

Maybe a bit too oily,

Something like that.

And then there's the red light foods,

The red light foods that you know,

Even though everyone at some time has run a red light.

It's the sort of thing you don't anymore now.

Good night.

Good night.

Drift.

Drift.

Drift.

Into a deep,

Deep,

Long-lasting,

Super healthy sleep where you rebalance and you restore your energy as your heartbeat slows down throughout the night.

Already,

Your unconscious,

Your unconscious has begun and completed that process of sorting the foods and giving each food a colour of its own,

Red light,

An amber light or a green light,

And you know,

You really know exactly what to do.

And when you see in your mind's eye,

Maybe subconsciously,

Maybe just in the corner of your perception,

That light ahead of time,

Before you even get to the food,

The moment it crosses your mind is the moment you decide what you want to do with that signal.

And all that you're doing is you learn and restore to become healthier every day.

More and more and more knowledge as you reconnect in a complete and complete,

In a way,

Putting together the building of everything that you need,

Everything that you want,

And everything that you have already reconnected in the most perfectly pleasurable,

The most perfectly appropriate,

The most perfectly safe and healthy way,

A new way,

A new way,

A new way,

Every way,

To know more.

And beyond that,

When you look back in six months or a year from now,

At how the way you present yourself to yourself has changed and improved.

Eating healthy food is the most natural thing in the world for you to do.

Now.

You have everything you need at any time to make the best decision for your health tomorrow and the next day,

The day after that,

And in every day.

And in every night,

A dream and a good,

Good,

Good night.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.
