Hello and welcome to day 13 of the mindful minute.

This is Laura,

And today I'd like to do a positive thought practice.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat.

Allow your eyes to softly close or your gaze turned downward and begin to think of what you would like your positive thought to be today.

What is it that you would like to cultivate inside?

It can be a simple word or phrase such as I am.

I am strong.

Patience.

Whatever speaks to you right now.

Take a few deep breaths and then silently begin to repeat this word or short phrase to yourself with each inhale and exhale.

Allowing these qualities to envelop you.

Allow what you are asking for to be.

Allowing yourself to relax around this word or small phrase.

Planting the seed for positivity and growth.

Continue breathing as you repeat this phrase as long as you'd like and enjoy.
