Hi my friend,

Arrive here now,

Just as you are,

You can close your eyes if that feels safe and take a deep breath to land here,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Start to really soften every inch of you,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Let your entire body feel relaxed,

You can let go here,

Exhale let go,

My friend it's time to let go of the comparison,

Let go of wishing you were elsewhere,

You are here and that's enough,

There's nothing wrong with where you are,

This is your journey,

Let out your exhale,

Release judgment,

There is no room here for perfection,

For expectations,

Your life is meant to flow,

We're meant to experience highs and lows and life is not linear,

Can you trust the unfolding,

You are exactly where you need to be Morgan Harper Nichols writes,

May this be a season of believing beyond what you see,

Trusting that even though you have not felt brave,

You have still managed to be,

You have still managed to trust that you can carry on despite your uncertainty,

You can choose to believe in a future that can be beautiful even when it doesn't seem that way,

Remember the little things and let yourself have gratitude for them,

Let them remind you that among all the uncertainty there is still so much to see and take delight in,

There's so much ahead of you and there's also so much around you now,

Slow down,

Take it all in and let gratitude remind you that you are coming forth like gold from within,

You are here,

You are shining brighter than you can even see,

Can you welcome in the you that you are now,

Can you lean into the season you are in now breathe in slow,

Feeling this radical acceptance wash over you,

Let yourself feel the relief in knowing you are where you need to be,

All is well,

Tell yourself something that you need to hear in this moment,

Notice how you can see yourself in a whole new light,

You are here and you are enough keep trusting every step you take,

Slowly come back to your surroundings,

Gently opening your eyes if they were closed,

No rush my friend,

Sending you so much light and love,

Be gentle to yourself,

Be kind to your mind,
