Beginning at the top of your head.
All you have to do is ask,
And the sparkly light begins pouring into the top of your head,
Overflowing your head and your face and your neck,
Filling it with a shimmering,
Beautiful,
Sparkling light.
Notice your particular color of sparkling light.
And as the sparkling light fills your head and face and neck,
You feel an ease and a clarity,
And you notice a gentle smile come to your lips.
You feel the sparkling light open your throat,
Helping you to express yourself freely and clearly.
As the sparkling,
Shimmering light washes over your shoulders and chest,
You notice that you can breathe even deeper.
It smooths and soothes your back,
Filling it with relaxation and peace.
You notice an openness taking place in the whole middle of your body as the shimmering light fills it,
Releasing tension,

As the shimmer moves down,
Creating a radiant light in your waist and hips,
Your lower belly and your buttocks,
