Something that high achievers usually don't prioritize is their own good mood.
So as you go into the holiday weekend,
As you go into a new week,
Think about the fact that your good mood is a very very high value.
And I'm not saying just like act cheerful and pretend to be cheerful when you're not.
Set things up so you're in a good mood.
Look at your schedule.
You know in your calendar when things are set up in a way that you won't be in a good mood.
Shift them so you're in a good mood.
Are there people who don't put you in a good mood situations?
There's always a deeper reason behind that.
And let your good mood be the resource you offer to the world.
Let your good mood be the thing you offer to colleagues,
To family,
To friends,
To yourself as an act of self-compassion but also as a contribution to the world.
A lot of people think about okay let me just like get from point A to point B.
Let me just get these things done.
And they don't think my good mood is a high value.
So I'm here to tell you your good mood is the highest value.
