Inhaling for 1234 old.

Exhaling out through the mouth for 234567.

And bring to mind an image of your father.

Look at him.

Really see him.

And see his strength.

See his uniqueness.

See his beauty,

Which is absolutely there.

Say to him.

I am grateful to you.

I am grateful to you for bringing me into this family line.

I am grateful to you for connecting me to all my family.

I am grateful to you for being there for me.

I am grateful to you for being there for me.

I am grateful to you for bringing me into this family line.

For connecting me to all my ancestors.

Thank you for the vitality that flows from our ancestors through you to me.

I am grateful to you for accepting you.

I receive the energy of all my ancestors and the universe.

I accept the parts in me from you.

I accept the beauty in me that came from you.

I accept the strength that came from you.

And thanking yourself for meditating.

Thanking yourself for having done this practice.

For the father who was the perfect father for your personal growth on this earth.
