This is the hack that saves you energy.

Focus on what you can control.

Don't think about or focus on the things you can't control.

Often we do the reverse.

Things you can't control.

Your intentions.

Your actions.

Who you spend time with.

How you treat your body.

How you treat other people.

Your level of integrity.

You'll always be happier if you have high integrity.

How you train the mind.

What you practice.

How you practice.

Whether you meditate.

What you study.

How you grow.

What kind of friend and partner you are.

Your mood.

Those are the things you can control.

Things you cannot control.

What other people do.

What other people think.

What other people feel.

What other people choose.

How things actually turn out.

And it's okay that you can't control those because there is so much else you can't control.

Start with getting a lot of sleep.

Eating really really really good food.

And doing a daily meditation practice.

And everything will start to get better and better in your life every single day.
