Welcome to your journey towards a deeper,

More restful sleep.

As we embark on this tranquil voyage,

Allow yourself to settle into comfort.

Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body,

Cradling you into relaxation.

With each breath you take,

Let go of the day's worries,

Letting them drift away,

Like clouds in a searing sky.

Now,

Imagine a gentle wave of relaxation,

Starting at the very top of your head,

Slowly moving down,

A warm sensation.

As it glides over your forehead,

Your eyes,

Feel the muscles there soften and relax.

This wave,

Carrying with it pure calmness,

Continues to flow over your neck,

Your shoulders,

Releasing any tension held there.

With each breath,

This wave travels further down,

Relaxing your chest,

Your arms,

All the way to your fingertips.

Picture yourself in a beautiful,

Peaceful garden.

The air is filled with the soft fragrance of flowers,
