Welcome to another stress-fit meditation.
This meditation is about creating a strong,
Peaceful,
Warm energy from within your body and allowing it to protect you whenever you need it and want to feel loved or safe.
I'll be showing you how to connect with the force of love and for it to be realized within through visualization and self-awareness.
Find a comfortable position for this meditation.
Maintain a comfortable straight back and gently close your eyes and mouth.
I will begin with a quote by Mata Amritanandamayi.
Love is the very foundation,
Beauty,
And fulfillment of life.
If we dive deep enough into ourselves,
We will find that the one thread of universal love ties all beings together.
As this awareness dawns within us,
Peace alone will reign.
The canopy of love is your consciousness that is created when you clear your energy and allow yourself to simply be in a restful state.
This will open yourself up and connect you with the harmony already present in your surroundings.
You must be receptive in order to receive.
Love is a force.
It's also a word to describe a certain use of energy.
This energy is inclusive.
It signals care,
Warmth,
Thoughtfulness,
Acceptance,
Health,
Positivity,
And transformation.
Love is always present.
It's all around us.
It's in the earth,
The sky,
The trees,
The animals,
The microbes,
Even the people.
And if you've lost the feeling of love,
Or it seems you are not satisfied with your current state of connectivity with love,
Or even if you're simply interested in expanding your awareness of love in your life,
Then the first thing to remind yourself of is you were born from love.
You were designed by love.
You were born into love even if it wasn't a prime example of love.
You were still brought here by love.
You were born from love.
You were designed by love.

As a baby,
We can see life through the eyes of love and wonder.
Everything is magical because it was a new world so full of possibility,
And we were just happy to be alive.
So what happened?
Obviously,
We've become more accustomed to this world.
But what world are we creating for others and ourselves?
Take a moment to ponder this.
Stay connected with the breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
As you inhale,
Feel the cool air as it enters your nose.
And as you exhale,
Feel the air a bit warmer than when it entered your body.
A transformation in the air occurred within your body.
You are capable of transformation.
It's happening all around you and within you.
The trees are filtering air and releasing oxygen back into the atmosphere.
Animals are digesting food and leaving behind nourishment for the soil.
Decomposing matter is becoming fuel for other life forms.
Feel the power of change happening all around you and within you.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
What positive change are you creating or participating in for yourself?
What positive change are you creating or participating in for others?
Inhale deeply and fully.
Your inhalation is opening your senses and relaxing your mind.
Your thoughts are like the weather patterns.
They come and they go,
But they are not stable.
Acknowledge their existence and then return to the relaxing sensation of your breathing.
Exhale deeply and fully.
Your exhalation is completing the cycle and expelling energy that you are consciously deciding to release.
If you feel any tension or stress or worries,
Allow the out-breath to be your tool in ridding your system of any unwanted energy.
Don't be shy to really blow that air out through your mouth.
And make some sound,
Allowing the sensation of breath coming out your mouth to release what's been trapped inside.
After,
Continue breathing peacefully through the nose.
You're becoming more and more in touch with your energy.
It feels like coming home.
You're going deeper and deeper into the depths of your inner peace.
Breathe in and out.
Visualize your body resting in your meditation posture and you're looking down at yourself now.
You notice how relaxed and peaceful you look.
Everything about you just feels good.
You appear so calm that you can see the Buddha's image within yours.
An attractive purple aura surrounds you now.
Notice a warm,
White,
Spiritually nourishing light approaching from above.
It descends slowly and softly like a feather.
The light approaches you and gently lands on the crown of your head.
It's nourishing you at your very core.
It's untangling any of the knots of stress or tension in your body.
Your breathing powers the light so that when you inhale deeply and fully,
The light reaches full luminosity and strength.
As you exhale,
The light dims and your breath channels the undesired energy out of the dimming white light so that it may grow bright and clear and strong again for you.
It's like being bathed in the most incredible spiritual sun you could possibly imagine.
It slowly travels down your spine and extends to the far reaches of your body and its surrounding energy field.
It starts focusing in your face.
The warm white light lifts all unsettled energy from this area and with the out-breath you can let it go.
Your face fills with light and love and warmth.
Exhale all the stress away.
Just let it leave with the exhalation.
Breathe in and out.
Now the warm white light travels to your neck.
Inhale and exhale.
Allowing all unwanted energy from this area to be expelled.
The warm light is cleansing and you can harness the intensity and the rate in which it travels through you with your breath.
Now the light is moving to your chest and abdomen.
Now the light is moving to your arms.
All the way to your fingertips.
Next it's in your groin and traveling down to your legs.
All the way to your toes and the bottoms of your feet.
And the soles of your feet.
It feels so good and you are resting in this warm light and receiving its healing glory.
It is renewing the cells in your body.
It is cleansing out all the trapped negative stagnant energy.
It is surrounding you in love,
Protection,
And pure consciousness.
The feeling is unconditional love from the oneness.
You feel safe and secure now.
Open and positive for transformation.
You are connected to the source and to all its creations.
No matter where you go or what you're doing,
You can feel the strength of this light and it feels like a gift from the universe.
You only must acknowledge this energy exists everywhere even when you cannot sense that it's there.
You can remind yourself that it is always there and that you just need to tune your love radio to the right frequency to be able to sense it.
It takes trust and courage but it's there.
Your trust and confidence is growing and being realized within every time you do this meditation.
As you enjoy feeling this energy nourishing and cleansing and supporting you,
You realize how loved and blessed you are.
With all your imperfections you are still seen as perfectly you,
Always capable of beauty and transformation.
This energy is now extending beyond your body.
This love is bringing peace and joy into all the areas of your life.
It's attracting other forms of love to you by its very nature and it is constantly providing you with a connection to the source of love.
