Hello and welcome to Breathwork for Abundance.

This breathwork will be about abundance but also visualization.

So to begin our session,

Relax yourself into a comfortable position lying down on your back and we'll begin in three,

Two,

One.

Let's begin breathing.

Focus on long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in through the nose and long,

Slow,

Deep breaths out through the nose.

Expand your lungs and your diaphragm with every inhale and release all tension with every exhale.

With every breath,

Begin to relax.

Breathe deeply and relax your body and relax your mind.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

Just breathe.

As you focus on breathing deeply,

I want you to begin to visualize and imagine that you're walking in an open country field.

You come across a vast circle in an expansive area.

Streams and springs are all flowing into this sunlit zone,

Providing the optimal environment for life to flourish.

This is not a circle made by human hands,

Rather it's a zone where the energy of the universe flows without restriction.

The circle is not made or run by people,

Though everyone and everything is included in it.

You have your own permanent place here.

Just look around.

Smell the fresh scent of the natural world.

Feel the sun kiss your skin.

It feels good to be here.

Breathe deeply and slowly in through the In through the nose and out through the nose.

Relaxing deeper breath by breath.

The circle is home to a flow of satisfying relationships,

Meaningful work,

Inspired learning,

Endless resources and opportunities,

Laughter,

Creativity and a prevailing sense of ease.

Remember a time when you felt carefree,

Safe,

Energized and happy.

Maybe it was building a fort with some friends as a child or even dancing with your sweetheart.

That's the feeling,

A pervasive sense of assurance.

In the circle,

Life is not a series of obstacles to overcome.

It is a steady flow of possibilities.

There is no fence around this circle,

No admission fee.

Regardless of your age,

Your weight,

The color of your skin,

Your gender,

Your education,

Your nationality,

Your financial status or other people's opinions of you,

You already belong here.

This is your home.

No person or condition has the power to keep you out.

You alone can take yourself out of the circle but your place will always be reserved for you.

Your place in the circle never expires.

If you leave,

It is simply vacant until you return.

So come on in,

Or you may find that you don't have to move at all.

The circle expands to include you.

This circle can be as spacious or as cozy as you like.

Set down all the baggage you've been carrying.

Isn't it nice to be rid of that burden?

Your shoulders relax,

You take a deep breath and your back uncoils.

The tension begins to subside in your stomach and neck.

It's like getting into a hot tub after a long rainy trudge on a winter's day.

When you're ready,

Take time to wander all around the circle until you find the spot you like the best.

You can stand,

Sit,

Lie down,

Walk,

Do cartwheels,

Dance or whatever you choose.

The nature of the circle is flow and you are a part of that flow wherever you are and whatever you do within the circle.

There is nothing here that you must force or control.

Just breathe.

Accept this state of abundance as your new normal.

Let go because your life is in perfect flow when you breathe.

As you accept life from your new state of abundance,

Start to deepen your breath.

The deeper you breathe,

The deeper you live.

Inhale abundance,

Exhale limitation.

From this state of eternal abundance and complete relaxation,

We're going to start to increase the flow of energy through your body.

In order to do that,

Relax your mouth and open your throat and make sure your throat is also relaxed.

By creating a bigger conduit to breathe bigger quantities of energy into your being,

You may start to notice a bigger amount of energy already flowing throughout your body.

Keep breathing.

Now,

I need you to prepare for a boost of accelerating energy by changing the rhythm of your breathing cycle.

Gradually begin to increase the speed of your breathing along with me.

Inhale deeply through the mouth and exhale through the mouth naturally.

Exhale through the mouth naturally.

Breath by breath,

Begin to connect to my rhythm.

We are going to accelerate together.

Faster,

Faster,

Keep going.

This all helps to increase the energy flow into your body and boost you to your maximum potential.

Just keep breathing.

Breathe in,

Out,

In,

Out,

In,

Out.

In a few seconds,

I'm going to ask you to exhale completely.

In three,

Two,

One,

Exhale.

Let all the air out of your body and just rest in the breathless state.

Stay in this breathless state as long as it feels comfortable.

This could be a few seconds or a few minutes.

I want you to just feel the abundant energy vibrating and flowing all through your body.

Don't force or control it,

Just let your body take over.

When you feel ready,

Take a big inhale through the mouth and hold.

Just rest in this massive flow of abundant energy,

Vibrating and tingling.

The less you need,

The more abundant life becomes.

You are energy,

You are abundance,

You are life,

You are health,

And you can now exhale.

From this state of embodying abundance,

Start to breathe in and out through the mouth.

Breathe naturally,

In through the nose and out through the nose,

Or in a way that feels natural to you.

Just breathe.

Notice your breathing may have changed now.

You may feel like breathing is effortless and that breathing deeply is your new natural state.

As you come back to your natural breathing,

Begin to ground yourself.

Feel your whole body centered and back to your being.

From this state,

We have now finished our breathing session.

So please take your time to integrate and ground yourself.

Take as long as you need.
