I hope you had a wonderful night's sleep.
It's great that you're here with us today.
This morning I want us to focus on dreams and potential.
Who are you?
Where do you see yourself in the future?
What dreams do you have?
What adventures would you like to embark on?
Let's start ourselves off to a good day by reminding ourselves what it is that we want from our life.
This will hopefully excite us,
Motivate us and uplift us on this beautiful morning.
So I just want you to gently close your eyes and just focus on your body.
I want you to notice any sensations that you have in your feet.
I want you to notice any sensations you may have in your hands.
I want you to notice any sensations you may have in your body.
I want you to notice any sensations you may have in your head.
Use those sensations to make you feel aware and present in the moment.
Focus on your breathing,
Focus on the rise and falling of your chest.
What is it that you want from your life?
Do you want to travel?
Do you want to be a homeowner?
Do you want to make beautiful memories?
These are the things I want you to think about in the next few minutes.
Use this time to focus on your potential.
What's possible for your life?
Because anything that you dream of,
That you truly want,
That picturesque moment,
Is possible.
Whether that's you lying on a beach with a cocktail in hand,
Looking out at the ocean.
Imagine all the possibilities for your life.

So now what I want you to do is breathe in through your nose and then say out loud,
I am capable of achieving these dreams and then breathe out the rest of your air.
Just like this.

Keep visualizing them.

Because you deserve nothing less than your dreams.
