Hello,

Welcome,

And thank you for joining me.

Today we are going to surrender to the present moment,

Wherever we are,

And release our worries by embracing our peace.

During this time,

Simply allow yourself to breathe in these affirmations,

Allowing these words to resonate and attune with your energy,

Allowing your vibration to rise as you release all worry and doubt.

Just for today,

I will not worry.

Just for today,

I am ready to trust.

I am ready to have faith in myself.

I am ready to be supported in my dreams.

I am ready to live for myself.

I am ready to trust myself and my ability to manifest.

I awaken to my natural ability to create my reality by returning home to the present moment.

Whenever you're ready,

Place your left hand on your heart chakra and your right hand on your root chakra.

Shift your awareness to the heart.

Breathe light into your heart chakra.

Light is beaming and vibrating in this space.

The light is growing and glowing in your heart.

Breathe in these affirmations.

I am ready to trust myself and my divine connection to this abundant universe through unconditional love for myself in this moment.

I love myself so much that I allow myself to release all judgment,

All criticism,

And doubt that I once held.

I love myself so much that I allow myself to be authentic and real.

I love myself so much that I allow myself to pursue my deepest desires in their fullest form.

I love myself so much that I allow myself to be happy.

Shift your awareness to the root.

Breathe light into the space.

Feel this light rooting and grounding you into the divinity of this moment.

Now breathing light into these affirmations.

It is safe for me to face challenges.

It is safe for me to grow,

Change,

And evolve.

It is safe for me to trust the universe.

It is safe for me to pursue my deepest desires in their fullest form.

Now place both of your hands on your root chakra.

Spend a few moments here feeling grateful for your own support.

Return your awareness to the breath.

Deep inhale through the nose.

Long exhale out the mouth.
