Welcome everyone to Enlighten World Network.
I'm your host Sue Seekoff and today on our show A Meditation A Day we have a guest speaker Rebecca Abraxas.
Hi Rebecca.
Hi thanks for having me.
We always love having you on Enlighten World Network and today we're looking forward to your guided meditation.
Why don't you tell us about it and start whenever you're ready.
Okay.
Today we are going to feel into that frequency of luck.
I thought with St.
Patrick's Day and spring here that we would just tune into what that frequency of luck really is.
So let's begin.
First becoming aware of our breath and really grounding ourselves at the in and the out of the breath.
So let's breathe together and sync up.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in and out.
Good.
We've landed.
What I'd like you to do is just close your eyes now and in your mind's eye draw a memory or an image of luck,
Of being lucky,
Being lucky in life,
Lucky in love,
Whatever that is for you.
See it on your mind's movie screen and start to notice the feelings that come along with watching your mind's movie screen of being lucky.
And amp up those feelings and sensations that come up with watching yourself be lucky.
Being and feeling lucky is a frequency.
Amplify it some more.
Tune yourself to it even more.
And notice that frequency and sensation of luck.
It feels a lot like being aligned in the presence of our source self,
Our higher mind.
So let that sensation of the connection of you with your higher mind and self grow.
Grow right now.
Let it grow.
Let it grow and grow until it's a big bubble around you where your auric field meets that bubble.
And there is a big sigh of relief of being aligned with that frequency of your higher mind,
Your source self.
So hold this sensation as we go into a bit of a sonic prayer with sound here.
Coming back to your breath.
Noticing the inhale,
The exhale.
Noticing the mental movie screen.
We can turn that off now.
Feel yourself as the frequency of luck,
The frequency of source higher mind tuned perfectly for your day.
Have a lucky day.
A day where we let go and we let God.
