Activation Of Divine Love With Sue Broome, Angelic Healing

I would like you to take a couple of deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and again in and out and in and out and as you're taking these breaths notice that your body is settling in releasing stresses of the day you can feel all of your muscles just falling back into the chair that you're sitting in and if you haven't already go ahead and close your eyes and notice how your body feels notice if there's any tension notice if you have any pain notice if there's any agitation and just notice it don't try to change it just be aware and take another deep breath in and out I would like you to notice your breathing notice is your chest rising is your solar plexus stomach area rising just notice don't try to change anything just notice and be aware I would also like you to notice are there any sounds that you're hearing anything going on around you just notice it and let it float away if you hear noises outside just notice them and allow them to dissipate out to the world the more you notice the more relaxed you are becoming it's as if you are floating in midair you're so comfortable I would like you to imagine the love of the divine coming in through your crown chakra at the top of your head coming down into your body it's like this beautiful white light that feels so loving coming down from your crown chakra it's almost as if you can feel the love as it's filling your head so it's filling in behind your eyes and behind your ears coming down further behind your nose and mouth coming down to your neck filling in around your shoulders all internally it's as if your cells are feeling the love from the divine and not only your cells but even the space in between and as you feel this loving energy coming in you can feel it connect with your heart space with your heart it's as if the love that you hold within has now expanded to so much more and you can feel the love of the divine you can feel this energy maybe it's bringing a warmth for you maybe it's a coolness maybe it's just a calming but you can actually feel it in your physical body as well as in your emotional body you just feel this love expand within it has a strong connection at your heart and then continues to fill in every space of your body down through your solar plexus down through your hips both legs are filled with this love as well as your arms your fingers and toes and once you feel this divine loving energy filled to the brim within it just has to spill out spilling out into your aura filling your aura filling every space and once it reaches the edges it pushes beyond this divine love is so powerful imagine that it's at least 10 feet around you it will go much more but for right now let's keep it within the 10 feet earlier I asked to see if you had any stresses in your body any pain in your body and I would like you to notice don't try to change it just notice if they still exist and just allow this divine loving energy of light to surround any areas of stress or pain and as this divine light gets even stronger in those areas they seem to dissipate they're just filled with love it's as if the stress falls away because there's so much love and any pain dissipates because there's so much love you still feel as if you're floating you feel even lighter than you did before you decide to ask can I feel this love even more and instantly it's as if you are overwhelmed with this love it's a feeling that you know you've had before it's like a memory and your memory is just waking up it's like every cell in your body is having this memory at the same time it feels so wonderful this connection with the love of the divine is always here let's expand the 10 feet out imagine that you can fill the room you're in with this divine love it's pouring in and through and from you all at the same time you don't know how this is possible and that's okay you just know that it is happening the room you're in is filled with so much love if you think of anyone or anything it's as if that love instantly goes to them as well while you're in this beautiful energy call to mind of those in your family those who are close to you friends that you see on a regular basis friends you don't see on a regular basis and as each person comes to mind it's as if they instantly have this divine love surrounding them as well they can feel it they feel it a new sense of peace a new sense of joy they get happy for no apparent reason think of something that maybe was frustrating you and because you are in this space of divine love it's as if when you think of it if you thought of it as a problem before now you only see solutions any stress that was attached to it is is now gone it feels as if anything that you think of anything that comes to mind anyone that comes to mind any situation that comes to mind when you are in this space of divine love automatically fills with divine love as well if you would like to expand this love even more than the room you are in you can you can expand it to your entire house to your city to your state imagine how the state would be if everyone in it was feeling the love that you are feeling right now this strong connection with the divine divine light divine love filling and expanding if you want to go beyond your state to the country that you live in and going beyond the oceans that surround your country to all of the entire earth knowing that mother earth can also feel this divine light this divine love it's as if flowers start blooming as soon as you do this the water gets crisper and clearer the sky gets brighter the sun gets warmer and shines just a little bit more and you can even ask to expand this love divine love and light far beyond this mother earth you can expand as much and as far as you would like knowing that this divine love this divine light is going to everyone everywhere it is expanding everyone and when you are ready to bring this all the way back to you so all the way back from whatever galaxy you might have been in coming back to mother earth with this divine love and light energy coming all the way back to your continent to your state to your city and to your room and knowing that this love is even more concentrated when it comes back to you and when you are expanding it so far out you are helping spread the word of divine love divine light to all you are helping to expand the love that we deserve that we are worthy of you are helping to expand happiness and joy to all who felt it to all who allowed it in and bring this divine love all the way back into your heart that connection is always there it's strengthened and each time you do this meditation the connection gets stronger and the love you will feel it that much quicker and that much more your connection with divine love is always there feel it locked in your heart take a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth in and out slowly wiggling your hands and toes coming all the way back into your body and you'll notice your physical body feels wonderful energized your emotional body feels this excitement this joy this happiness you're excited to be here
