Have you ever felt like no matter how hard you work,

How often you look at your vision board,

How many times you do your breath work,

That sense of abundance feels just out of reach,

Like you're kind of chasing something.

But the moment you start to get close to it,

It slips away.

What if I told you that abundance isn't something that you run after,

It's something that you are.

Now stay with me on this because in a bit I'll be sharing with you how you can go from chasing and struggling into allowing abundance to flow into your life.

And at the end I'll guide you through five powerful ways to actually become abundant so you stop forcing it and start living it.

Now most of us are conditioned to believe abundance has to be earned.

I know I was when I was growing up,

I was always told money doesn't grow on trees,

You've got to work hard.

In fact society tells us to be abundant you have to work harder,

You have to be more productive and you have to do more.

But honestly that's just a mindset and it's rooted in lack and it's also rooted in the belief that you're not enough.

Because when we chase abundance in that way it's a little bit like running after the clouds,

No matter how fast we go they just keep getting further away.

And it's about time that we started to realize that abundance isn't something which is outside of us,

It's actually a state of being inside.

It's a natural flow that already exists,

It exists throughout the universe.

I mean look at nature for example,

Trees don't struggle to grow their leaves,

Rivers don't fight to flow,

Flowers don't compete with each other to bloom,

They just allow and they allow their natural abundance to just be.

And when we allow ourselves to receive then we stop blocking the flow.

You are naturally abundant,

Not because you need to deserve it,

But simply because you exist.

It's your natural state.

So how do we move from chasing abundance to actually embodying it in our daily lives?

Let's explore five simple steps to shift into an abundant state.

Step number one,

Practice gratitude daily.

Now that might just sound like a bit of a cliche,

You've probably heard it before,

But gratitude rewires the brain to see abundance that's already there.

Give this easy morning exercise a try.

Just write down three things every morning that you're grateful for.

Simple things like the sunlight,

Kind smile,

Maybe the taste and smell of your tea or coffee in the morning,

A warm and cosy home,

Clean clothes,

You get the idea.

Step two,

Learn the act of receiving.

Now it's amazing how many of us push abundance away because we simply don't feel worthy.

Try practicing things like saying thank you without trying to deflect the praise or the gift.

When someone offers help,

A compliment,

Or just kindness,

Breathe into it because receiving opens up your energy field for more.

Step three,

Embody abundance physically.

Now this one is really important because the body holds the key.

When our body feels tense or it's closed off,

We shut down our ability to receive abundance and it drops.

Try this simple practice.

Stand tall,

Open up your chest,

Breathe deeply into your belly and stretch your arms wide.

This posture tells the nervous system I'm safe,

I'm open,

I'm ready to receive.

Do that several times until you feel safe.

Step four,

Shift your identity with language.

So instead of saying things like I want abundance,

I need abundance,

Which kind of implies that you don't have it in the first place.

Say I am abundant.

Abundance flows through me.

That brings it right into the now.

Also,

Words are a little bit like spells.

When you speak as if you already are and you already have,

Your subconscious begins to line up with that reality.

And finally,

Step five,

Play and enjoy because abundance isn't about money.

It's about the fullness of life.

Money is just a side hustle as far as abundance is concerned.

When you laugh and you dance and create and simply savor the moment,

You're sending out the energy of abundance.

When was the last time you allowed yourself to feel joy without feeling guilty?

Now I'd like you,

If possible,

To schedule a small moment of joy today.

Maybe it's a walk,

Maybe a song,

A dance,

Anything that fires and lights you up.

Remember,

These five ways,

Gratitude,

Receiving,

Embodying abundance physically and shifting your language,

The way you speak about abundance and choosing joy.

Now,

When you practice those consistently,

You're not just thinking about abundance,

You're living it,

You're feeling it,

You're radiating it.

And as you do,

You'll notice something start to occur.

Things around you will begin to shift and life will begin to mirror back that feeling of abundance once you're putting it out there because what you put out has to come back.
