Reiki hand position 8,

The temples.

Be comfortable now,

Relax.

Feel the warmth and tingle of energy in your fingers and palms.

Picture the soft white light entering your body through the crown of your head and flowing into your hands.

Feel the heat and energy intensify.

One hand at a time,

Cup your temples with your fingers spread either side of the crown of your head.

Tune into the energy in your palms and fingers and your pulse beating in your temples.

Beware of changes.

What are you thinking?

Just let the thoughts come and go.

Notice if they are positive or negative.

Allow your intuition to flow.

Be conscious of any insights.
