The beginning.
Our imagination is powerful.
It is activated consciously and unconsciously.
Many of our thoughts and beliefs are in response to our imagination.
Its effect on us can be both positive and negative.
Often our fears,
Anxieties and even illnesses are activated by negative creations of our imagination.
Our unconscious minds accept the reality of our imagination.
It responds to stories,
Images,
Pictures and metaphors.
The paths of our imagination can lead us to spaces and places of beauty,
Peace,
Silence,
Contemplation,
Healing and resolution.
From these inner spaces we can access the wisdom of the universe.
It comes to us in many forms and guises.
It is important to use our imagination to positively influence and pattern our lives.
So imagine.
As you gently close those eyes,
Imagine.
As you allow that body to sink into the surface supporting it.
As you let your breathing settle into its natural rhythm.
And relax.
Now.
Take yourself inwards.
Into that space behind your eyes.
To that dark soft space where it is warm and safe.
Just stand there for a moment in that space and feel yourself relax even more.
As you relax,
An image forms on the screen of your mind.
It reveals a sandy bush lined track that leads to a beach.
A silvery green mist weaves its way down the track in and out of the bush.
You feel its pull.
Barefooted,
Step into the screen and onto the track.
Feel the soft sand under your feet.
It relaxes you with its warmth.
A gentle breeze caresses your face as you make your way down the track.
Filtered sunlight warms your head and shoulders.
You hear the gentle whisper of the waves as they flow and ebb onto the sand below.
The mists,
Flickering green,
Silver and gold in the dappled sunlight,
Is like a soft cape around your shoulders.
Each step makes you relax more and more.
The track opens onto a broad expanse of beach,
Empty apart from a few seabirds.
The sea is very calm,
Shining like a sheet of deep turquoise glass,
Almost as still as a lake.
Take a moment to absorb its beauty.
Watch the gentle roll of the waves onto the sand and the white light foam as the water recedes.
A soothing,
Calming sensation.
Breathe in the freshness of the air as you make your way towards the water's edge.
Stand now in the shallows and allow the cool water to flow over your feet.
Feel the sand firm but soft under your feet.
You feel a sense of perfect calmness at peace.
Drift into the blueness of the water and the sky.
Within the blueness you become aware of a movement at the edge of the sand.
Turn to look.
Several mounds about a metre apart rise from the sand.
They look like small volcanoes.
They grow until they are about a metre high.
Around them dark patterns like tree silhouettes are sketched in the sand.
What looks like a glass ball,
The size of a large grapefruit,
Rises from the centre of the mound.
The sunlight catches its surface and is reflected onto you.
You feel my warmth,
My power.
You step forward and bend down and scoop your hands into the mound and underneath.
You pick me up.
I am cool and smooth to touch.
I'm quite the light.
Hold me up.
My interior is a swirling mass of silver and green.
It is like the silvery green mist from the bush track is inside me.
This silvery green mist flows from me and wraps itself around you in a soft blanket of stillness.
I guide you back to the dry sand where you can sit and study me,
Cupped in your palms.
The silvery green mist swirls gently inside me.
It seems denser.
As you watch,
It changes from silvery green to a sparkling pink,
Then white,
Then violet.
A soft pink light caresses your fingers.
It flows through your whole body.
You know me.
I am the orb,
Made not of glass but universal crystal.
I feel beautiful in your hands,
Both cool and warm,
Hot and soft.
Continue to focus on me as I vibrate in your hands.
A gold ribbon of light flows through me,
Creating a path would inwards.
It draws you in deeper and deeper into a chamber of golden light.
You are suspended in the golden light,
Weightless in silence.
From the silence I speak.
I am the voice of the universe.
Listen carefully.
Listen to my words.
Drift and flow with the words.
Thoughts are very powerful.
