Welcome,

This is your time to pause,

To breathe,

And to reconnect with a moment in your life that made you feel alive,

Proud,

Or deeply fulfilled.

Take a moment now to find a comfortable place to rest,

Either sitting up or lying down,

Maybe getting 5 or 10% more comfortable,

And you're welcome now to close your eyes if that feels natural,

And let your body soften into the surface beneath you,

Taking a slow breath in through your nose,

And sigh it out through your mouth,

Once more inhaling gently through the nose,

And exhaling fully,

Just let it go.

We'll begin by steadying the body with a simple rhythm,

Inhaling through the nose for 4,

Holding for 1,

Exhaling softly for 6,

And holding for 4.

Returning back to your natural breath in and out through the nose,

Feeling the body settling into safety,

Feel the mind softening into stillness.

The invitation here is to bring into mind a single moment in your life that made you feel complete,

Joyful,

Or deeply proud.

It might have been the day you held a child in your arms,

A graduation or an accomplishment you worked hard for,

A wedding,

A first kiss,

Or a moment of laughter with someone you love,

Or perhaps a quiet,

Simple memory when you felt at peace with the world.

Take a moment to choose one memory now and step into it fully,

Reliving that experience.

See it in your mind's eye.

Hear the sounds.

Notice the colors.

Remember the atmosphere.

And most importantly,

Feel it.

Notice where in your body this memory is alive.

Maybe it's warmth in the chest,

Lightness in the belly,

A soft smile on your face.

Breathe into that feeling.

Let it expand through your body,

Filling you from head to toe.

Allow yourself to bask in this feeling.

It belongs to you.

It is a part of you.

And now imagine holding this feeling in your heart like a glowing light.

With each breath out,

Let it spread beyond you,

Into the room,

Into your relationships,

Into the wider world.

Remember,

This feeling doesn't live only in the past.

It is inside you right now.

It's a part of you,

And always available to return to.

In closing,

Let's take one last deep breath in together,

In through the nose.

And now sigh it out gently.

Carry this feeling with you into the rest of your day.

It is your gift,

Your reminder,

And your strength.

May it guide you,

And may it ripple out to touch the world around you.

Be well and be inspired.

Namaste.
