Guided by the imagery of a crystal-clear pool, gentle waterfall, and sunlit natural sanctuary, you’ll be led on a journey of renewal — dissolving tension, reconnecting to inner truth, and resting in a state of deep presence.

Welcome,

And thank you for being here.

This is a return to flow,

To softness,

To the deep knowing that lives inside you.

Today,

We'll work with the element of water,

To honour what's there,

To dissolve what no longer serves,

And to come home to what is true.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes,

Take a conscious breath in,

And a gentle breath out.

Again consciously in,

And a gentle breath out.

Again consciously in,

And a gentle breath out.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Holding you,

Solid,

Quiet,

Steady.

There's nothing you need to do right now.

Nowhere else you need to be.

There is only here,

There is only now.

Let your body begin to settle,

Bit by bit.

Bring your awareness to your chest,

To the tops of your ribs,

To the space around your lungs.

Invite this area to gently soften,

Just allowing.

Let your awareness move a little lower now,

To your diaphragm,

Just beneath your rib cage.

Notice if there's any tightness,

Any tension,

Simply inviting the diaphragm to gently soften.

Now bringing your awareness up and into your jaw,

Feeling into the left side,

And the right side,

Noticing if there's any tension.

And as you exhale,

Inviting the jaw to gently soften,

Even just a little bit,

Softening and allowing.

Let your breath move like a tide,

In and out,

Gentle,

Slow.

You find yourself standing at the edge of a glistening pool.

The water is crystal clear,

Gently flowing,

With rippling light dancing across its surface.

A gentle waterfall spills into the edge of the pool,

In a quiet pocket of nature,

Surrounded by smooth stones,

Soft moss,

And gentle green.

The sun filters through the trees,

Warm against your skin.

This place has been waiting for you.

Feel its invitation to cleanse,

To return,

To remember.

When you're ready,

Begin to walk forward toward the running water of the waterfall.

You feel the cool mist touch your skin,

The sound,

Steady,

Soothing,

Familiar.

You step beneath the waterfall,

Let it pour over you,

Washing through your thoughts,

Your energy,

Your breath.

Let it cleanse the stories,

The tension,

The weight you've been carrying.

And starting now,

To make your way into the pool itself.

The water is cool,

Refreshing,

Alive.

Each step welcomes you in until you are fully immersed,

Held,

Surrounded,

Safe.

Pause here and let the water hold you,

Let it begin to soften what's ready to release.

You begin to move through the pool,

Gently drawn toward the center.

This is your moment of deeper release.

Freely,

Gently,

Light,

Open,

Effortless.

Your body moves in rhythm with the water,

Supported,

Unburdened.

Let yourself play here,

Moving in any way that feels good.

There is a spaciousness,

A freedom,

A simple joy returning.

Eventually,

You come to stillness,

Your body floating on the surface of the water.

Feel the buoyancy,

The way the water carries you without effort.

You don't have to hold yourself together here,

You are held,

You are safe.

Everything softens,

Your breath slows,

Your energy recalibrates.

You float and dissolve into deep presence.

And in this cleansing place,

Your truth begins to return.

Not with urgency,

But as a gentle whisper,

A sensation,

A deep knowing.

Let it come,

Let it rise from within you.

You are remembering who you are.

Float here in trust,

In stillness,

In knowing.

Begin to return.

Feel your breath,

Conscious,

Gentle.

Notice the feel of the surface beneath you,

Holding you.

Take a moment to anchor in what you've received.

When you're ready,

Start to bring some gentle movement to your body.

Moving however feels good.

Gently open your eyes and glance around the room that you're in.

You've honored what was present.

Dissolved what no longer served.

And come home to what is true.

This meditation and the cleansing power of water is here for you whenever you need it.

Welcome back.
