Finding a comfortable position.

Either sitting or lying down.

Closing your eyes.

Starting to take some big deep breaths.

As you breathe,

Beginning to let go of the day so far.

Letting go of anywhere you have to be after this.

Anything you have to do.

Slowing down.

In this moment,

There are no decisions to make.

No plans.

Right now,

Nobody needs anything from you.

This is your time.

Starting to call all of your energy back to your body.

All parts of your soul.

Drawing that energy all the way down to your feet.

Energy you may have left with different people.

Different places.

Situations.

Welcoming your whole self back.

Noticing how that feels.

With every exhale,

Feeling yourself landing.

More and more.

Landing in your body.

Landing on the bed or the chair.

Landing in the present moment.

Dropping down.

Out of the thinking mind.

And into your heart space.

Tuning in to your own unique frequency.

With your intention.

Taking some breaths.

In and out of your heart.

Noticing the energy expanding on the inhale.

And releasing on the exhale.

With gentle awareness.

Noticing how this feels.

And observing.

Giving this part of you some attention.

Some time.

Some space.

Staying here for the next few breaths.

Starting now.

To take some deeper breaths.

Noticing the air.

As it enters.

And leaves your body.

Taking the next three breaths in through your nose.

And sighing it out through your mouth.

Letting it go.

Taking a moment to thank yourself.

For taking this time to be present.

Thanking your heart.

For its openness.

And connection.

Starting to become aware.

Of your whole self.

Present.

In your physical body.

Feeling the support of the surface beneath you.

Being very slow.

And very gentle with yourself.

When you feel ready.

Starting to bring some gentle movement.

To your hands.

Your feet.

Maybe your neck.

Noticing how this feels.

Whenever you feel ready.

You can open your eyes.

Taking a moment to observe the room around you.

Feeling present.

Feeling connected.

Feeling grounded.
