This brief mindfulness practice is a moment to arrive.
This might be quite useful if you start your day or if you are in the middle of the day and the day is quite busy and you do not know what to prioritize and where to put your energy and your focus on.
Let us begin.
And maybe you would like to close your eyes.
If you're ready,
You can start to bring your attention to your feet if you feel like it.
What sensations do you observe at your feet?
Would you say they are warm or cold?
And let us move on with our attention to our hands.
What kind of sensations do you observe in your hands?
And try to be as open as possible for any sensations you observe there.
May they be pleasant,
Unpleasant or neutral.
And while we arriving here in this moment,
Let me ask you some And the very first question I would like to ask you is,
How are you doing right now?
If you're doing good,
It's fine.
And if you're maybe doing not so well,
It's totally okay.
There is no right or wrong.
Everything can be as it is right now in this moment.
The next question I would like to ask you is,
What is important now?
Try to be open and curious for the answers arising in you.
What is important now?
And let us eventually extend this question a little bit.
What is important today?
And the last question I would like to ask you is,
What do you need for the important things?
What do you need?
We are already slowly coming to the end of this brief mindfulness practice.
And if you like,
You can take now three deep breaths on your speed.
You may just count for yourself if you like.
And if you're ready,
Then take all the time you need to open your eyes if you had those closed.
