This is a guided meditation to help you manifest through the word of God. For many of us when we think of manifestation we don't usually connect it to religion or with the Bible. However, as Christians, we can only manifest through the Word. The Bible is filled with promises fueled by faith. It's not something that happens outside of the power of the Father, the Son, and the holy spirit. Whether you are preparing to step into a new year, a new season, or a new chapter of life I pray this meditation leads you closer to God and those promises he has for you. I encourage you to listen to this meditation daily for best results or throughout the day if this is an area you struggle with.

Welcome.

My name is Fatima Farmer and this is a guided meditation to help you manifest through the Word of God.

For many of us,

When we think of manifestation,

We don't usually connect it to religion or with the Bible.

However,

As Christians,

We can only manifest through the Word.

The Bible is filled with promises fueled by faith.

It's not something that happens outside of the power of the Father,

The Son,

And the Holy Spirit.

Whether you're preparing to step into a new year,

A new season,

Or a new chapter of life,

I pray this meditation leads you closer to God and those promises that He has for you.

I encourage you to listen to this meditation daily for best results or throughout the day if this is an area you struggle with.

If this resonates or if you would like to learn more,

Let's begin.

Weariness is an indication that we need God.

The way hunger is a signal that we need food.

If you are weary,

Lean in.

Drink from the well that never runs dry.

I invite you to begin to settle into this moment.

If you haven't already finding a comfortable position to either sit or lie down.

If you decide to sit,

Allow your feet to rest firmly on the ground beneath you,

Connecting to the earth,

Connecting to this moment,

Allowing your spine to grow tall.

Maybe your hands rest on your lap with palms facing up,

Open,

Ready to receive all of God's Word,

All of God's goodness for your life.

Allowing your shoulders to roll back and down,

Creating space between the ears and the shoulders.

Imagining almost that there is a tiny thread running along the base of your spine all the way to the crown of your head,

Creating a lengthening and an openness.

And as you settle into this moment,

This is a great point to close your eyes if you haven't done so already.

And together,

We'll begin with a few deep breaths.

Maybe the first deep four breaths of our entire day.

As you breathe in,

Focus on your belly rising,

Expanding your lungs,

Expanding,

And exhaling out through the mouth.

Again,

Breathing in through your nose,

Filling the belly with air,

Exhaling out,

Sigh through the mouth.

Again,

Inhaling through the nose,

Filling the belly with air,

Exhaling out through the mouth with a loud sigh.

And on your next inhale,

I invite you to imagine that your belly is rising almost like a balloon filling with air,

Expanding as you inhale through your nose.

See if you can hold that breath just a second longer before you exhale out through the mouth,

Imagining that balloon deflating.

Again,

Breathing in through the nose,

Belly,

Inhale,

Exhaling out through the mouth,

Deflating that balloon.

One more time,

Inhaling through the nose,

Balloon fills with air,

Holding a second longer,

Exhaling out through the mouth,

Everything deflates.

And as your breathing returns to a more natural inhale and exhale,

I encourage you to continue noticing the movement of breath and maybe even bringing your attention to your heart for a moment and just extending gratitude for your breath,

For your body,

For your lungs,

Thanking God that every part of your body is working the way he designed.

And as that feeling of gratitude moves throughout your body,

I encourage you to simply listen to the following scriptures that I'm going to read.

And if you feel led to,

You can repeat them aloud with me.

With me.

But allow these words to wash over your mind,

Body,

And spirit,

Trusting that with God and through God,

All of his promises are possible.

Breathing in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Psalm 37 and four,

Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Breathing in through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

Philippians four and eight.

Finally brothers,

Whatever is true,

Whatever is honorable,

Whatever is just,

Whatever is pure,

Whatever is lovely,

Whatever is commendable,

If there is any excellence,

If there is anything worthy of praise,

Think about these things.

Mark 9 23.

And Jesus said to him,

If you can,

All things are possible for one who believes.

And Jesus said to him,

If you can,

All things are possible for one who believes.

And Jesus said to him,

If you can,

All things are possible for one who believes.

Matthew 7 7-8.

Ask,

And it will be given to you.

Seek,

And you will find.

Knock,

And it will be opened to you.

For everyone who asks and For everyone who asks and receives,

And the one who seeks,

Finds,

And the one who knocks,

It will be opened.

Ask,

And it will be given to you.

Seek,

And you will find.

Knock,

And it will be opened.

For everyone who asks,

Receives,

For everyone who asks,

Receives,

And the one who seeks,

Finds,

And the one who knocks,

It will be opened.

Receiving a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhaling out through your mouth.

Another deep breath in through your nose.

Exhaling out through your mouth.

Matthew 6 33.

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness,

And all these things will be added to you.

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness,

And all these things will be added to you.

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness,

And all these things will be added to you.

Receiving a deep breath in through your nose.

Sighing out through your mouth.

I invite you to bring your hands to your heart center.

Placing one hand over the other.

And as we close this practice,

I want you to affirm,

I am in alignment.

I am a magnet for everything I desire.

I am in alignment.

I am a magnet for everything I desire.

I am in alignment,

And I am a magnet for everything I desire.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhaling out through your mouth.

And slowly when you feel ready,

Gradually begin to bring some subtle movements back into your body.

Maybe wiggling your fingers or your toes,

Or maybe stretching your arms or your legs.

Bringing some movement into your neck and your shoulders as you wake up the body to come back into the space.

With your hands still,

Hovering over your heart if you feel led to,

And eyes still closed.

Sending gratitude back to your body,

To God,

To everyone showing up in community listening to this meditation right now.

I say thank you for meditating with me,

And I pray that this meditation blesses you and leads you closer to the desires that God has for you.

When you feel ready,

Please open your eyes.

Again,

My name is Fatima Farmer,

And thank you for meditating with me.
