Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
On each breath,
Notice how your body moves.
Be intentional about breathing in deep filling the belly with air.
And on the exhale,
Breathing through the mouth as you soften and begin to melt into the surface beneath you.
Continue breathing at your own pace and your own rhythm,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
And take a few moments to just simply soften.
Softening the face,
The jaw.
Softening the muscles in between the brows.
Softening your throat,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Softening the belly,
The heart,
The hips,
The arms,
The hands,
The thighs,
Legs,
All the way down to your toes.
As you continue to breathe,
Notice how it feels to allow this softening to happen in your body.
Notice if there's areas where you can soften a little bit more.
As we lean into this practice of affirming that we are deserving,
Worthy,
It's important that we approach it from a soft space,
An open space.
So bringing your awareness to your heart center,
I invite you to imagine a emerald green ball of light.
And as you focus on this light radiating from your heart,
Listening to the following affirmations or repeat them aloud to yourself.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
I am deserving of quality.
I am deserving of quality.
I am deserving of care.
I am deserving of care.
Placing one hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly.
Taking a deep breath in,
Filling the nose,
Out through the mouth.
I deserve to be nurtured.
I deserve to be nurtured.
I deserve to be cared for and taken care of.
I deserve to be cared for and taken care of.
I deserve to prioritize my healing.
I deserve to prioritize my healing.
I deserve to feel safe in my body.
I deserve to feel safe in my body.
I am deserving of love.
I am deserving of love.
I deserve to celebrate love,
To cherish my wins and to be celebrated.
I deserve to celebrate love,
To cherish my wins and to be celebrated.
I am deserving.
Taking as much time as you need to sit in the truth of those words.
Allowing them to wash over you.
Taking one final deep breath in through the nose.
Letting out a sigh out through the mouth.
