Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes.
And let's begin.
We'll take eight deep and full breaths together,
Holding it at the top before exhaling.
Go slow and remember to be mindful in the moment,
Enjoying the music and rhythm of your breath,
Always noticing how your body feels.
Breathe in.
Inhale positive energy.
Breathe out.
Let go of your breath slowly and relax.

Inhale peace and positivity.

Exhale all the negativity.

When I make time for myself,
I can clearly see things for how they truly are.
If you are lying down,
Slowly roll over to one side and bring yourself to a sitting position.
Relax your shoulders and pull them down.
Now lower your head to the left to release tension.
And lower your head to the right and hold.
And roll your head gently forward,
Dropping your chin towards your chest.
And roll your head back,
Tilting your head to the sky,
Remembering to keep your shoulders down and your back upright.
And now just rotate your head and neck slowly clockwise,
Starting from the front.
Then the right.
To the sky.
To the left.
And to the front.
Now reverse to the left.
To the sky.
And to the right.
You should be feeling a little bit looser now.
And as we come to the end of the meditation,
Remember to protect your calm and peace and encourage yourself throughout the day with a positive and kind inner voice.
