Good morning!

How are you feeling today?

If you're lying in bed with your eyes closed,

Just lie there on your back and relax.

Feel your body sink into the softness of your bedding.

Take a deep breath in and stretch your arms over your head.

Exhale and continue stretching,

Not just your arms now,

But your legs as well.

Put your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your diaphragm and we'll do some deep cleansing breaths as we do some positive affirmations to start your day on a positive note.

You can repeat after me if you like.

Breathe in.

I'm grateful I'm alive.

Breathe out.

On such a beautiful day.

Breathe in.

I'm grateful I got some rest.

Breathe out.

My life is good today.

I'm protected and safe.

I'm relaxed and comfortable.

I'm so so blessed.

Thank you for my life.

Thank you for my beating heart.

And as I fill my lungs with air,

I'm getting more and more energized and awake.

I'm beautiful and smart.

I have so much to give.

I'm kind and confident.

I make a difference in the world every day.

Thank you for my health.

Thank you for my strengths.

Thank you for the beautiful world.

Thank you for my life.

My life is great today.

Now still lying on your back,

Bend your knees with your feet still on the bed and drop your knees to your left to loosen and warm up your back and your hips.

Knees to the right.

And just repeat a few more times to the left and the right to get your body warmed up.

Turn over to your right side.

Push yourself off the bed.

Stretch your arms out for one last deep stretch.

Open your eyes and say hello to a good day.
