Welcome into this manifesting money meditation.
Allow yourself a moment to become completely still.
Settling in comfortably,
Either sitting or lying all the way down.
Taking this time just for you,
Letting go of your day,
Letting go of your to-do list.
As you begin to bring your focus on your breath,
Noticing the next inhalation and exhalation.
Softly allow the eyes to close as you breathe in and as you breathe out,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Softening the jaw,
Beginning to relax every muscle in the body.
Before we begin our affirmation practice,
Take a moment to think about your relationship to money.
Is it something that leaves you feeling constricted,
Wanting to hold on tightly to every cent?
Or do you feel a sense of balance with the inflow and the outflow of money in your life?
Does it fill you with fear of not having enough?
Or maybe feelings of unworthiness and self-judgment arise?
Let's begin to shift our perspective of money from viewing it as something tangible to realizing it is simply a form of energy.
An energy is meant to flow in and out,
Expand and contract.
Abundance is your birthright,
And the word abundance includes financial prosperity and success,
Joy,
Love,
Vibrant health,
And happiness.
You are a loving being worthy of living a life of limitless abundance and freedom.
Take a deep breath in and a big breath out as we feel ourselves going even deeper.
Sometimes we block ourselves from the flow of abundance by unconsciously feeling undeserving of it.

Placing your head softly on your pillow.
You drift to sleep peacefully and begin dreaming about all that you are ready to manifest in your life.
You can see yourself accomplishing every goal.
You see yourself letting go of fear and taking action steps you were once afraid of.
You see yourself fully supported,
Experiencing a life of freedom and the ability to create your day.
You see yourself engaged in healthy,
Loving relationships,
Willing to be vulnerable,
Open and honest.
You can see yourself healthy and filled with energy.
You see yourself aligned with right opportunities that bring in prosperity and success.
You can see yourself capable of blessing others with this success you have achieved.
Now you see yourself smiling and filled with true joy and so much love.
So much expansion.
