Welcome to this guided meditation for perfect health.

Find a comfortable position in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale and let's begin.

I just want to remind you as you start slowly and intentionally focusing on your breath that visualizing perfect health and visualizing your body recovering is a very powerful tool that has been scientifically proven to be effective and so please know that every time you honor yourself by taking the time to do this visualization you are healing your body.

Let's focus on our breath.

Breathe in slowly through your nose feeling your chest expand.

Hold for a few seconds and then release the breath slowly through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in feeling the air fill your lungs.

Hold and release.

Continue to breathe deeply and slowly allowing each breath to calm and relax you.

Now I want you to visualize a bright pure glowing light at the center of your body.

This light is the essence of perfect health and vitality.

As you focus on this light imagine it growing larger and brighter expanding to fill your entire body.

Let this light permeate every cell of your being bringing healing and rejuvenation to every part of you.

Be reminded that the background frequency of this music is 420 which is a healing frequency.

So even just by listening to this music you are choosing to work on your health and heal your body.

As you continue to focus on this light repeat these affirmations to yourself either silently or out loud.

I am healthy.

I am strong and vibrant.

My body is healing every day.

My body is perfect and I honor it with love and care.

I am filled with energy and vitality.

The cells of my body renew younger healthier and stronger than before.

I take steps every day to improve my health.

I am grateful for my health and I radiate that gratitude to others.

I am open to the possibility of healing.

I welcome the idea of full recovery.

I am able to heal myself.

My health improves every day.

I am the picture of health.

Let these affirmations sink deep into your subconscious reinforcing your belief in your own perfect health.

As you continue to breathe deeply and focus on this bright light imagine yourself engaging in activities that bring you joy and vitality.

Visualize yourself doing all of the things that bring you joy not being held back by pain,

Immobility,

Fatigue,

Any of those things.

What are you most looking forward to doing when you are back to 100% health?

Visualize yourself hiking in nature,

Dancing with friends,

Practicing yoga or any other activity that makes you feel alive and energized.

See yourself moving with ease and grace your body strong and flexible.

Imagine your heart beating strong and steady,

Your lungs full of clean fresh air.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin or the cool breeze on your face.

As you visualize these scenes repeat your affirmations once again.

I am healthy.

I am strong and vibrant.

My body is healing every day.

My body is perfect and I honor it with love and care.

I am filled with energy and vitality.

The cells of my body renew younger,

Healthier and stronger than before.

I am grateful for my health and I radiate that gratitude to others.

I am open to the possibility of healing.

I welcome the idea of recovery.

Now let's focus on our breath again.

Breath work is incredibly healing.

Breathe in slowly and deeply filling your lungs with air.

Hold for a few seconds and then release the breath slowly through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in and as you exhale let go of any tension or stress in your body.

Repeat this breathing pattern for just a minute or two allowing each breath to calm and relax you even more.

Notice any area of your body where you are holding tension and make a conscious decision now to just relax,

Rest and let it go.

Whilst you're breathing think of a particular area of your body that needs healing,

That needs restoring,

That needs attention.

Imagine this bright white light cleaning and clearing out any issues or problematic cells from the area.

Imagine the specific organ or area being restored to full health at a cellular level.

You could imagine that organ or function working perfectly looking inside your body and seeing it restored to full health.

Take a moment to visualize your body repairing itself,

Healing itself and letting go of anything that does not serve it.

Your mind is powerful and so is your body.

You are able to get back to full health and simply by taking the time to listen to this audio and spend time with your own body in relaxation is a very positive step in that direction.

Repeat your affirmations with conviction and gratitude.

I am healthy.

I am strong and vibrant.

My body is healing every day.

My body is perfect and I honour it with love and care.

I am filled with energy and vitality.

Healthier and stronger than before.

Feel the gratitude for all parts of your body that we take for granted every day.

Your incredible mind that allows you to do so many things.

It literally creates your life.

Be thankful for your eyesight,

Your hearing,

Your sense of smell,

Your sense of taste.

Be thankful for your skin,

The largest organ of the body that protects us and enables us to feel.

Be thankful for your muscles,

For your arms and legs that enable you to create,

To work,

To play and also to run,

Walk,

Dance,

Skip.

The luxury of being able to go anywhere you want,

To be mobile is an incredible gift.

Be thankful for your heart and your lungs and all of the organs of your body that enable you to live your life fully every day.

Be thankful for your teeth that enable you to eat and to speak.

And to be comfortable.

Be thankful for every part of your body,

Particularly any areas that are causing you distress.

Take one more deep breath in.

And exhale slowly.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment.

Feeling calm,

Refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day may bring.
