Invoking the blessing of divine providence and one's spiritual guides is important.
Everyone has spiritual guides whether we are conscious of them or not.

We humbly invoke for divine blessings,
Guidance,
Love,
Illumination,
Bliss,
And protection.

Relax.
Allow your eyes to close.
Connect your tongue to your palate,
The roof of your mouth.
Breathe and turn your focus inward.
Bring all your awareness in to your body.
And focus your awareness on your root chakra located at the base of your spine.
Allow a grounding cord to attach your chakra to the center of the earth.
Anchor your grounding cord securely to the center of the earth and allow your cord to expand to as wide as your body.
Also allow a grounding cord to attach the bottom of each of your feet to the center of the earth and allow these cords to expand as though they were coming from oversized pads that support your feet.
Feel the energy flowing freely from your root chakra to the center of the earth and from the earth back up through your feet.
Feel your grounding energy connecting you to Mother Earth.
Enjoy this grounding energy.

It is my intention to open to the love and light that permeates all space and dimension,
To activate this love and light within me and broadcast that frequency from my being as reflected by all my action and words.

Focus your awareness on your sacral chakra located just below your navel.
Imagine a ball of golden light located just above your head and connected to your I am presence.
Feel this ball of light melt and wash over you.
This radiant golden light creates a sphere that surrounds you like you are contained within an egg of golden light.
Feel this nurturing light of creation,
The source of light itself,
Animate your consciousness,
Your being,
And awaken your mindful presence.
Feel the light pulsing to the rhythm of creation.
Slowly and gently synchronize your breath with this rhythm.
Imagine an orb of golden light just outside your energy field about an arm's length away opposite your sacral chakra.
Breathe in and out of your sacral chakra as you exhale,
Audibly sigh,
And release any tension and weariness into the orb of golden light.
Sense the tension and weariness leaving your body and releasing into the orb.
Notice the orb drinking up this energy and growing brighter with your every breath.
Inhale and breathe in eternal life.
Exhale and audibly sigh,
Releasing any pain you may be feeling into the orb.
Inhale and breathe in eternal love.
Exhale and audibly sigh,
Releasing any pain you may be feeling into the orb.
Inhale and breathe in divine peace.

Releasing any pain you may be feeling into the orb.
Focus your awareness on your heart.
Breathe in and out of your heart chakra.
As you inhale,
Feel the warmth of the golden field of divine love expanding your heart and igniting your heart flame.

Releasing all suffering of your body into the orb.
Inhale and breathe in divine peace.

Releasing all suffering of your mind into the orb.

Focus your awareness on your crown chakra,
Located at the top of your head.
Breathe in and out of your crown chakra.
As you inhale,
Awaken to the outpouring of light into your crown chakra.
And regenerate this new life energy.
Inhale the nourishment of eternal light.
Exhale and audibly sigh,
Releasing your grief to be transmuted by the golden light of the orb.
Inhale the nourishment of eternal light.
Exhale and audibly sigh,
Releasing your anger into the golden light of the orb.
Inhale the nourishment of eternal light.
Exhale and audibly sigh,
Releasing your fear into the orb.
You are anointed by divine light.
Synchronize your breathing to the rhythm of the light that enfolds and infuses you.
Rest in the stillness of the great silence.
Just be aware of your breathing.
There is absolutely nothing to do but follow your breath.
Be aware of the breath of the light within your breath.
Receive this infinite love and light into your sacred heart.
Relax and allow your heart to smile.
Focus your awareness on your sacral chakra.
Also focus your awareness on your heart chakra.
And also focus your awareness on your crown chakra.
Simultaneously,
Breathe in and out through your sacral chakra,
Your heart chakra,
And your crown chakra.
Breathe and absorb the light of the golden sphere into every cell of your body.
This anointment of light calls you to awaken and come forth.
Arise to your divinity.
Feel the peace of unconditional love envelop you.
Silently repeat three times.

Breathe sweet peace into every cell and allow what no longer serves you to fall away.
Release your shackles and choose the light.
Breathe in the infinite heart of compassion and gather your fragmented self.
Welcome all your pieces,
Divine masculine,
Divine feminine,
And divine child.
Let go and merge into the divine light beyond all light,
Beyond all form.
Breathe.
Relax.
And simply be one.
One breath.
One heart.
One body.
One life.
Divine.
Focus your awareness on your heart.
And also focus your awareness on your crown.
Imagine a small earth out in front of you.
Silently say,
Open me to my divine compassion.
Breathe into your oneness the golden light that has assimilated you and feel your compassion for all of life.
Looking at the earth,
Breathe awake your awareness of the suffering of others as being no different from your own.
Notice the suffering of others on the earth.
Maybe they are struggling.
Maybe they are lost.
Maybe they're confused,
Unfulfilled,
Grieving,
Angry,
Or afraid.
Whatever it is,
Gently breathe out your gift of the pure light of love into the hearts of everyone who is suffering.
Feel the warmth of your breath comfort the earth.
Gently breathe in and receive their pain as a ball of darkness.
Place this dark ball of suffering into the light of your anointed heart.
Silently say,
Lord have mercy.
And visualize the darkness melting into the light.
And notice the light growing brighter than it was before.
Visualize the earth radiating light.
Every heart is glowing.
Every heart is calm.
Every heart is at peace.
Gently allow what is to be as it is.
This is the manifestation of the infinite love of light,
The great perfection.
There is no other.
There just is the One.
So be it.
Silently say,
Divine healers,
Shift all the healing lines of light for the most gentle and perfect form of integration.
May all this energy process gracefully.
