Hello there,
And welcome to another astral projection recording,
Where I'll be guiding you through the process of separating from your physical body and venturing to another place.
This recording should be listened to,
Preferably,
As you're falling to sleep,
But of course you're free to listen to it in whatever way you see fit,
Simply for fun,
Or perhaps for instructional purposes during the day.
As we proceed,
However,
I'll assume that the first situation is playing out,
That you're listening to this in a comfortable environment,
With your eyes closed,
With the lights off,
And with the curtains drawn,
Either in your bedroom,
Or in your front room,
Or wherever you think will work best.
And it's here that I assume your physical body will stay,
For the duration of this recording,
In a quiet space,
In a peaceful place,
Where my voice will guide you out of your physical body,
And into the astral plane at large.
And so,
Now,
I'll give you a moment to ready yourself,
To ready yourself for the adventure ahead,
I'll give you a moment to find the perfect spot,
And settle into it,
And then,
In a moment,
My voice will return,
And the session will begin.
Your liminal shift into the astral plane has begun,
Your gateway into bodily separation is opening up,
Hypnagogia is sparking,
And will soon create a fire,
A fire in the mind,
A fire that lights up your inner space,
And,
Ultimately,
Sends you hurtling outwards.
But,
Before that,
Before you leave your body behind and enter the non-physical realm,
You are in,
In this in-between place,
Disconnecting from the physical,
Yet still present in the body.
Think of this liminal space as the astral waiting room,
The space where your number will eventually be called,
The space where you prepare for what's to come.
Rest here a while,
And soon my voice will return,
Though,
You're really starting to settle in now,
You're really becoming comfortable in this holy space we call the mind.
And from here,
I want you to open yourself up,
From a little point of awareness just sitting in your head,
To a large,
Ever-growing awareness,
Expanding outwards,
Steadying your breath as you grow,
Calming yourself in the flow,
Unfurling,
The seeds of awareness are blossoming,
Becoming bigger and bigger,
Brighter and brighter,
Your awareness pushes out,
And my voice will return,
Shortly.
As your awareness continues to expand outwards,
Your visions take on a life of their own,
You don't merely see colours and shapes now,
You see vivid forms,
And what you see symbolises transition,
Transition from one state to another,
Perhaps you see day turning to night,
Or a boy becoming a man,
Or blue turning to red,
You see change,
And this change excites you,
And this change subsumes you,
You become the change,
And all the while,
You feel your awareness continuing to expand outwards,
And you feel your physical body less and less,
Before you know it,
In fact,
You're going to be completely disconnected from it,
No longer in the physical at all,
Fully in the other place.
Soon my voice will return,
And join you once again,
On this wonderful voyage.
Your visions continue to mature now,
And you watch in silence as they do,
Excited but not overwhelmed,
Calm but pulsing with aliveness,
You have given yourself over to this process of expansion,
You have given yourself over to the transition taking place,
From one realm to another,
Nothing else matters now,
No worries remain,
No concerns nag at you,
All that matters is leaving the physical body behind,
Materializing the energetic body in its place,
And taking flight,
Off into the astral realm at large.
When my voice returns shortly,
You'll be right on the verge of exactly this,
Taking place.
What started as mere vision,
Is now becoming reality.

Stepping up to the very edge of this physical realm,
And peering over into the next,
Seeing the beyond,
Seeing more than you know,
And preparing yourself for that final step over the threshold,
You are,

What comes next is up to you,
Dear traveler,
I will stay by your side for now,
But you are in essence free to do as you please,
Free to venture where you will,
Free to write whatever script you wish,
Just please,
Use your time wisely.

More as a friend than a guide,
More as an onlooker than a teacher.
As you set out on this wonderful adventure,
That you will return with the memory of it,
And periodically along the way,
Stop yourself and remind yourself of this,

Because as you may know,
Traveler,
It's so easy to forget,
And to forget renders the experience half as potent,
Half as real,
So please make this pledge now,

And so what are you experiencing,
Dear traveler?
You are no doubt in the midst of something great,
And I am so eager to experience this by your side,
Watching as you receive these potent messages of spiritual growth,
You are ready for these messages,
You are ready for them to be delivered,
And you will return to the physical realm with the messages intact,
You will return with the messages intact,
You will return with the messages intact,
And you will return a changed person,
Illuminated by the light of the astral plane,
Soon my voice will return,
Your astral projection experience is now well underway,
And you feel amazed by all that's unfolding,
And you feel amazed when you think of all that's to come,
On one hand you never want this experience to end,
But on the other hand you're keen to integrate it into the whole that is the physical realm,
To bring it into totality,
So for now keep going,
Immersed in this experience,
Receptive but discerning to the beings that cross your path,
Shortly my voice will return,
And know that whenever you're ready to return to your physical body,
You're never more than a thought away,
Don't be fooled by the illusion of distance,
It may seem as if you're miles away,
Far far away from where you began,
And in some sense you are,
But in the most real sense you're not,
You're somewhere else but simply curved around the bend,
Folded into yourself,
But still here all the same,
And so when you're ready you merely need to glance back,
To just think of your physical body,
And you will return,
But for now dear traveler,
Explore,
For now then i'll bid you farewell as you no longer need my guidance,
You are off and away,
To the people that didn't separate this time don't be disheartened,
Just let yourself fall asleep now,
And come back another time to try again,
Keep on persevering,
And eventually you will find success,
I have no doubt about it.
